Wasn't there some sort of sexual harassment issue in the Anthropology department a while back? Just may be that he knows where the bodies are buried. He may be untouchable because of it.

His ex-wife is involved in that I believe.

ETA: He can't sit on any information he has an obligation to report it. When I was an adjunct, our yearly training reminded us to we're required to report sexual harassment among other things.

No untenured faculty are untouchable. This is not someone who sits on a scandal. Getting another 15 minutes is what he's all about..........

I am an eye witness to it, can describe what he was wearing and some other details but I don't think he was doing anything illegal or probably even reprimand him. He left it at some other places as well, pretty much any major A&M statue/monument so if you're walking around campus go ahead and grab it.

I had more in mind the posts on MLB - NBA ratings -- that this stuff is futile and just divides if you are not asking for some specific that makes any sense. Kardashian is the only one so far that seemed to get that. Generalities just serves the DNC and MSM and doesn't help a group.

Great question. I had assumed that previous posts were accurate regarding associate professors being untenured. Did some Google searching and found this:

As amazing as one might find this to be, it would appear that his title of associate professor would seem to indicate that he is indeed tenured. Sucks, but there's how he has managed to keep his job.
