I found this channel because he and his buddy Winston (SerpentZA on YT) have a channel where they motorbike all throughout the country talking about various topics (ADVChina on YT). The topics mainly involve what's going on in mainland China where they live. Both are great follows for western immigrants perspectives on China, because they have lived it for awhile.
Well well. That video does present a lot. Given that evidence, it does seem very plausible that this was a disease research project that escaped containment and the CCP tried to hide it, then blame pretty much everyone else for it when that failed.

The racists that are insulting, assaulting, and villainizing those with Chinese (or Asian) heritage are neanderthals. It is appalling that some Chinese Americans are being harmed because of their ethnicity.
However, it's absolutely true that this outbreak is completely on the hands of China, more specifically - the Chinese Government. Their government is the villain here and I can't wait to find out the full extent of that situation.
