Except if you look at the threads on the topic, that is NOT what this board generally said. The great majority were for enforcement of the laws against this no matter who.
And even if Burr goes and the Dem governor there appoints a Democrat senator replacement.
I am a pretty big civilian libertarian but there are commons issues that simply ethically require self regulated behavior in the interests of a common good that is generally also ultimately self interested as well, and combating a pandemic is one of those things.

Yeah, but when you learn about what exactly? Unless there was specific confidential information relayed about specific stocks that were then sold or bought, there is no insider trading.
