Yeah this isn't a shocker. The building was always going to be garbage. This type of construction isn't that impressive when you realize China cut every single corner to get it built.

Have any of y'all decided exactly when/what scenario/threshold you will pull your kids out of school and keep them and you and your spouse at home and hunker down? Leave the mail box unopened? No visitors? Etc. basically defensive quarantine.

Watching BBC world news broadcast tonight at 12:00 am. Reporting that:
- USA sending two airplanes to evacuate US Citizens from the cruise ship in Yokohama. Reportedly our folks believe the quarantine on board is too risky for the unaffected.
- China is taking bank notes out of circulation to disinfect and store it for 14 days

Never. I'm pretty confident of my ability to survive the virus. Unless you're old or otherwise unhealthy, your risk of dying is minimal. And you're probably going to get it eventually, especially if you have kids.

I take vitamin C daily, and when I get the virus, I'll aggressively medicate the symptoms so it doesn't turn into pneumonia.

Just to play, cough cough, devils advocate....if this was the a global changing sickness that just got the wheels rolling, would you not agree that it would start out with what we have seen?

All that to say that if we are in fact in the midst of a global changing event...I think it would start just like this and (as usual) we are spoiled to have a front row seat in the palm of our hands.
