I'd like to see confirmation of this report before I will believe it. I find it unlikely that Chicago PD or DA are going to subpoena his phone records. That would open them up to accusations that they are blaming the "victim" instead of pursuing the criminals.
As much as I'd like to see the truth come out, I bet this thing just withers and dies.
Surely with all of the violence in Chicago several families can get together and file a civil suit against Jussie. There are real crimes being ignored while 1/2 the force dropped what they are doing to help poor Jussie.
