Looking at the "injury" it looks like just a scratch, but seemed maybe like it was supposed to be a skin break from a punch.



From the show... clearly no visible sign.



Looking at the original scratch, and it may not even look like it was recent.

So, it couldn't have been from a punch, or he'd have more of an issue.

Attackers have a liquid in sub-zero weather and scratch him. So... they didn't have gloves on?

AND now...he fought back. If two guys are yelling at me, no way 60 secs they do all that, IF I'm resisting.

He is going to take this charade as long as he can and probably clean up in money.

I would say his nose was swollen from getting hit but that is what it normally looks like.

At this point, I'm guessing we don't even get a buried on page 30 retraction. It will just poof, stop being reported and another event will push it out of the news cycle.

Jussie becomes a martyr and in a few years a documentary or podcast (serial season 16?) will get made lionizing him. Academy awards follow.

Seen a few facial injuries caused by an assault. Doesn't appear to have separated edges nor any redness or swelling. This is at worst a fingernail scratch and without a better image I don't think you could even make a reasonable case for that.

He's an actor playing a part. That's not an injury. That's makeup.
