Her majoring in international relations with an economics track makes a hell of a lot more sense if it's only 12 hours of econ. That's your two basic economics classes and two upper level classes.

I'm really trying to remember here. I know I took Econ I because the prof was very tough. (And while I was taking this class, there was a veeeerrrryy cute guy in it. Imagine my surprise when I attended my great grandmother's funeral and he was there! Turns out, we are cousins...and he's gay. Darn it!)

I probably took Econ 2 but have no specific recollection of it. Part of my degree program in the late 70s.

It would be fun to make them publicly refuse the money or to highlight the utter worthlessness of any education AOC incidentally received at that university.
