She's saying that the banks being forced by group like ACORN to ease lending restrictions on low credit individuals was predatory lending.


Never mind it was left leaning minority based institutions that forced the banks to change lending requirements.

This is why you cant win an argument with a liberal. They refuse to accept reality.

People like her set up regulations and government programs pushing banks to make otherwise irrational financially decisions regarding loaning mortgage money to poor people (disproportionately black)

It fails, as was inevitable, and those samesocialists theives blame the banks in an effort to create more irrational programs

The same thing is currently going on with college loans.

If she were successful at her socialist policies regarding k-12, the result would be a mass move of folks with resources into only private school. The next step is she'd be setting up government programs to push irrational financing for poor people and private k-12 schools



At some point you've got to come to grips with the realities that (1) being poor does have a lot to do with your own personal poor choices (2) the government redistributing wealth doesn't change your decision making (3) poor choices lead you to staying poor in spite of redistribution attempts and (4) the weight and costs of the programs are born by those with the resources, and when it gets heavy enough it implodes

Maybe the issue is in the Taxing authorities and we should tax majority-white properties less, so they can be more equal.

Many majority-white schools lose students to private schools, reducing the number of students enrolled, providing a higher Tax/student ratio.
