It seems to me that she's overplaying her hand re: her hypocrisy being noted.

She's now made light of the call-outs multiple times, because she knows there's inconsistentcies present in her ideology versus her lifestyle. Theory is always easy, practice rarely is.

I also believe she's gotten a small taste of the good life as a member of the political ruling class and is laying the foundation to later defend a lavish lifestyle inconsistent with her current naive and juvenile positions. Make no mistake: she's not a true-believer. She may feel passionately now, but if/when 6-7+ figures of personal gain are on the line, when that New York Brownstone you always dreamed of is actually attainable, or when personal jets to destinations like the French Rivieria become a possibility for her, she won't be turning those things down simply because she cares about the environment too much, or because that money could go to so many in need.

If those opportunities come and she turns them down, unlike her socialist counterpart Bernie Sanders, she'll still be a political idiot but she'll at least have gained a modicum of my respect for being consistent. I highly doubt this specific scenario ever comes to fruition, though.

Yet even though from what i've read her office is literally right outside a subway station, she doesn't use it.

When the wife and I took a trip to NYC last year, we used more public transportation than AOC does in a year. We rode the Amtrak into Penn Station from Albany where we dropped off our rental car and then walked or rode the subway everywhere we went. We only took an Uber from our hotel to the airport to leave.
