By removing the electoral vote, NY and CA would control the presidency. I wonder how many of the 48 other states would be willing to vote for an amendment that gives that much power to the populations of two states' major metropolitan areas?

Did someone post an article here a few weeks ago about how getting into Harvard is actually more difficult than getting a degree from there? I can't remember where I read it, but it was a damn good article.
