My best friend sent some mortgage closing paperwork across town via USPS overnight. Had to use a courier the next day when it didn't arrive as promised. It didn't arrive for another two weeks with postmarks from Buffalo NY and somewhere in Massachusetts when it only needed to cross a single zipcode in Lubbock. My favorite part was how they refused to refund despite all evidence and valid receipts. I'm sure their complaint to the Consumer Advocate or whatever they called the office is still being worked
