Rush just had a caller that was at Yale the same time as Kav. She says she knew who he was but didn't really know him well. She said she was in a similar group of friends as he was, and there were about 120 people in that circle. Says she never heard or saw anything like what is being accused.

The more interesting part is that she says she has had reporters call her as far back as this summer. The reporters asked leading questions, trying to get her to say something negative about Kav or his friends.

Didn't Trump publish a list of his SCOTUS short list, back before the 2016 election? The opposition has been working on this for a very long time.

If Trump gets another chance I'd bet a months pay (not really) that the nominee is a woman. At the very least it negates the sexual harassment narrative. Not that it takes a Rhodes Scholar to figure out what play the Dems will pull out of their playbook to oppose her...racism.

You can bet right now they have something on Barrett ready to roll out.

I don't think we're going to hear much more about that story because there's nothing to it. The woman can't remember what happened, and has admitted that. She literally said that she was incredibly drunk, and that she remembers someone making the hip motion of pulling up pants. She isn't sure it was Kavanaugh, and she doesn't remember what happened prior to the hip motion. The other people who were there said nothing happened. The couple of people who corroborated the "story" are third-hand at best. Her best friend says she's never heard this story.

Her and Avenatti's anonymous clients (who likely don't exist) are there to get the number of accusations up, because politically minded lefties on twitter are now using the phrase "four sexual assaults". There is only one accusation that you could even term a sexual assault, but this is red meat for the true believers. Fortunately, it's rancid meat to everyone else.

For Avennati's sake he better have something solid. Judges are a tight fraternity. They don't like smarmy lawyers dragging one of their own down. His professional life could become very difficult if he just runs his mouth without being able to back it up

But in reality, if a woman wanted (or was convinced) to make an allegation that she had sex with him back then, what kind of proof (for either side) would possibly exist? It is still just a he-said/she-said situation.

That is the whole issue with all of this - there is never any proof. Just allegations. And these days, liberals treat that as proof when it suits them, and dismiss it when it doesn't.

This is already being countered by stating that being a virgin doesn't prevent you from engaging in aggressive sexual behavior/assault (threats of sexual violence, flashing, groping, etc).

• More specific than "some time during the summer"
• More specific than "I'm not real sure whose house it was."
• Knowledge of what type of cigars he smokes.
• More aware than knowing if he had Peyronie's Disease.
