By Thursday, the Dems will of reviewed and research every place Kavanaugh was one summer, then supply dates and times to Ford. I guarantee the delay is to hear the strategy as much as delay the process. A "story" with tears is being formulated with very specific "facts" to make Kavanaugh look bad. They do not need everything to be right or believable to bring down the elephant, they just need one small "sound bite" thorn to do the job.

New info regarding the original letter from Ford.....which (just a friendly reminder) the Judiciary Committee has yet to get an un-redacted version of, by the way......wasn't originally sent to Feinstein. It was sent to Rep. Anna Eschoo.

It may be that sending the letter Feinstein (on the Judiciary Committee) directly, rather than Ecshoo (no jurisdiction at all) would introduce legal complications for Ford if her charges were proved to be false.

So that raises the question, why hasn't she done that yet? Surely her lawyers have talked to Maryland authorities just to check it out if there was such a possibility.
