All of this, every bit of it, is 100% on good old Dingy Harry Reid. He decided to muck up the ages old senate rules for cloture. And instead of 60 votes it is only 51. He's bent the entire Democratic Caucus over the table and went in dry. Every time I think of that I laugh my ass off.

To accepted Grassley's deadline would have been to legitimize it. Ford and the Democrats are going to thumb their noses at regular order every chance they get. GOP needs to vote swiftly and end this.
