I was just about to post this as well. I believe you're right. Maybe others more twitter savvy can confirm. I was trying to find an original tweet where he made the allegation. He may have just sent the letter and no tweet.

Ok...when allegations get too detailed about trivial things it raises suspicion...

A) How in the blue **** do they know/remember that the boat was 36 ft long? My Dad has owned a Bayliner since 1987 and I can't remember how long it is. And I've driven it tons of times.

He's prevalent in the Mueller thread. He gives good analysis, but I'm not sure his "sources" are rock solid. His Twitter presence probably opens him up to a lot of left wing trolls. I believe he thinks he has a source, but I'll believe the source is correct when it happens. But, Ford saying her email was hacked is interesting.

I've mentioned before that General Flynn follows Rex (Imperator Rex) on Twitter and communicates with him via DM. I know because Rex communicated that to me via DM.
