Didn't even hit her - freeze frame it and his front end was past her and you can see her leaning into it to initiate contact.

If contact had been made by the direction the truck was moving (physics) it would have been on the front and sent her backwards - not sideways.

Had there been any contact at this point she would not be vertical nor falling to the side.

I do have 3 briskets in my freezer right now.
I have fifteen pounds of jumbo shrimp in mine. Recently acquired.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, or more, to taste
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 1/2 pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 lemons, halved
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves

DIRECTIONS:
[ol]
  • Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Stir in shallot, garlic and red pepper flakes until fragrant, about 2 minutes; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Thread shrimp onto skewers; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Brush with 2 tablespoons butter mixture.
  • Preheat grill to medium high heat.
  • Add skewers to grill, and cook, turning occasionally, until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Add lemons to grill, cut side down, during the last 2 minutes of cooking time.
  • Serve immediately, drizzled with remaining butter mixture, garnished with lemons and parsley, if desired.
  • [/ol]

Absolute heaven but a lot of prep time as they have heads and shells. A day to defrost. And hours to dehead and peal. Worth it.

Heads no, shells yes. Makes for a good gumbo base. Roux, onions, green peppers, celery add the stock. And you know the rest.

I love gumbo. The Hubs, not so much.

But once I found that grilled shrimp recipe and tried it, he suddenly loved shrimp. We have a local source we can call and place an order for fresh shrimp, crabs and fish from the Gulf. Call by Friday, they deliver by Sunday. Prices are well below even HEB. And the product is superb.

Seven bucks a pound for jumbo shrimp? Count me in!

Yeah, that was just stupid. Not sure how he's going to tell a judge he felt threatened from that far away. And don't get me wrong, I'm not for blocking streets.

It looks like a staged stunt to me. I am willing to bet she knows the driver of the red truck.

Man in England says he saw Trump's face in omelette

I was cooking up my omelette as I normally would. Sometimes I flip it and other times I put it in the grill. This time I decided to flip it, and once it was tossed over I saw some sort of face in it."

I decide to take a photo and figure it out later, but once I did that I noticed it looked like Trump," he said. "I called my girlfriend over, I was so excited.
