Ironically, I was sitting watching an episode of "American Greed" when I saw this. Two sisters defrauded the DOD out of $20M by charging six figures for shipping of small orders of hardware....nuts, bolts, washers, etc. There was a glitch in the DOD automated payment system they exploited.
