NEW: Chuck Dolan, the longtime coatholder for the Clintons who helped Hillary spread false Russiagate rumors against Trump, was arrested for drinking & driving north of Boston. He fed the fake story of Moscow sex tape to dossier hustler Danchenko who has own alcohol arrest record
So, no further indictments/news yet, right? I think Durham has until around the last couple days of the month to get one or we give up on a bigger conspiracy prosecution. So, something like 10 business days. Sigh…

Durham has at minimum, 1-2 years to charge a conspiracy and potentially longer.

Don't know if I have that long......
Alexander, Caesar, Charlemagne, and myself founded empires; but upon what foundation did we rest the creations of our genius? Upon force! But Jesus Christ founded His upon love; and at this hour millions of men would die for Him. - Napoleon Bonaparte
Barr told the committee that both he and the Georgia Bureau of Investigations were unimpressed with the use of cellphone geolocation data because, "if you take 2 million cell phones and and figure out where they are physically in a big city like Atlanta or wherever, just by definition you're going to find many hundreds of them have passed by and spent time in the vicinity of these boxes."
tell me you didn't watch/pay attention to the movie without telling me you didn't watch/pay attention to the movie....

Not only that but Barr, as AG, was in charge of the FBI. Yet he was unaware that the FBI routinely deploy the same technology? That the CDC did, during covid to track people for contact tracing?
The other thing is people don't understand is that it's not clear that even if you can show harvesting that that changes the or the results of the election. The courts are not going to throw out votes and then figure out what votes were harvested and throw them out. You'd still the burden on the challenging party to show that illegal votes were cast, votes were the result of undue influence or bribes or there was really, you know, the person was non compos mentis. But absent that evidence, I just didn't see courts throwing out votes anyway.
... and this BS. Basically, **** it, cheat, what do you expect us or the courts to do about it.
and
"the burden is on the challenging party"....how in the hell is the challenging party supposed to gain access which they were denied or get in front of a court which they were denied?
He is admitting to putting his fingers in his ears and not doing **** about it. I agree with the premise that the DOJ is to be impartial and not a weapon for one side, but spare me the BS that excuses you from investigating. Further, if it is a State issue, refer them to the State.
This is just another example of a completely corrupt system that give less than two ****s about fixing anything.

Here's where I quibble with Barr. Yes, at first blush it is a state matter.
BUT, when state lines are crossed, it can easily become a federal matter. Such as Runbeck doing being hired in Fulton County. Mules coming in from other states. NJ to Philly for one example.
Musings on the Durham Probe - We’re Coming Up on the 5th Anniversary of the Last Carter Page FISA Warrant Renewal (June 28): If Durham wants to indict anyone in FBI or DOJ for lying to the FISA Court, he has until Tuesday to bring charges. What’s my prediction? Read on.

BREAKING NEWS: FBI headquarters is interviewing field office personnel to audit FISA wiretap applications and to staff a recently formed FBI department mandated under the Trump administration to help prevent the kind of FISA abuses committed by the Comey FBI in 2016 and 2017
BREAKING NEWS: Special Counsel John Durham has failed to beat the 5-year federal statute of limitations to indict any FBI officials/agents related to the fourth & final invalid application for wiretap warrant to spy on Trump adviser Carter Page OK'd by FISA court on June 29, 2017
Why is disgraced FBI attorney Lisa Page teaching "national security" law at Yale? And why is she also being paid as a "legal analyst" for NBC News? #SpyGatehttps://t.co/oXnH9B3Yt4
didn't watchole give notice that all of F16 was going to be cleansed in 2020 or so? big brother politicized / weaponized feds are watching all of these threads.
Here's the interview Sara Carter is quoting in her article. (It's a short video.) But there's more than what she quoted. Byrne stated that Comey & Brennan conducted political espionage against Hillary, Cruz, Rubio & Trump. Now let that sink in....he said everything we know about the Russian collusion investigation (& the Clinton investigation) is a lie.
This is really getting weird. You couldn't make this stuff up
He had a website at one time where he documented his dealings with the government, specifically the FBI. He claims that he was tasked to root out corruption by a group of senators (both Republican and Democrats) early in his rise to fortune. He claims that there is a document within the DOJ that essentially gives him some sort of immunity from crimes or dealings that he does.
There was a young Russian girl that the feds wanted him to get close to in order to watch who she talked with and interacted with at political functions (mostly Republicans).
At some point, he realized that the CIA was directing some of the decision making in which the FBI was doing. Some of the field agents (the ones Byrne dealt with) did not like some of the choices that they were making and that Byrne was willing to do (Byrne told the agents that he would kill the girl if brass above wanted him too, which the agents responded that Byrne would die as well).
It essentially ended when the Russian girl was taken into custody as part of the Russian Election Interference. This also when he stepped down as CEO of Overstock because he thought that the SEC/IRS would make things difficult for his shareholders/employees if he stayed on.
The link was buried somewhere within the Q thread. One of those instances where the two threads met. I believe this was also during the time that Wayfair was dealing with it's Possible child trafficking through its online website. I will try to find the link again.
