Anything involving the government always seems to end up with 200 or 300 acronyms.
With each new court exhibit and testimony, we are finding out that the "well-developed conspiracy of cooperation" the FBI in its FISAs alleged existed between Trump and Russia actually existed between the FBI and the Clinton campaign

More than anything else, the Sussmann trial is exposing the FBI for what it is: A bizarre mixture of unimaginable corruption and unfathomable incompetence. https://t.co/KmTqAVpKJW

Emily Compagno blasts Robert Mueller following Clinton bombshell: His team should be 'extremely embarrassed'
Former Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook testified Friday that Hillary Clinton approved of leaking Trump-Russia allegations to media.
Fox News StaffBy Fox News Staff | Fox News Published May 23, 2022 2:01pm EDT
Emily Compagno sounded off on special counsel Robert Mueller following the bombshell testimony from former Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook. The "Outnumbered" co-host said Monday it is "absolutely unacceptable" that Mueller's report didn't mention Hillary Clinton approved of leaking the Trump-Russia allegations to the media, given the extensive resources for Mueller's investigation.
EMILY COMPAGNO: They used 19 special prosecutors, more than 40 FBI agents. We footed that entire bill. They produced three separate reports that basically said, 'well, we can't prove a connection between Trump and Russia, but we can't disprove it.' All it would have taken is five minutes spent in a room with this guy who could have said, 'yes, actually, it was greenlit by Hillary Clinton. Actually, yes. There was not one modicum of truth to this.'
And instead, this really important person is the one who approved of and spearheaded it being leaked to the media. And listen, if I was one of the attorneys on Mueller's team, I would not only be extremely embarrassed right now, but I would have a lot of questions. Because either they did know and it didn't make it into the report, or they didn't know. And either of those answers are absolutely unacceptable.
Yes. The answer is absolutely the affirmative.benchmark said:
This brings up an interesting question that's bugged me for yrs ... can a federal employee be named as a co-conspirator in a Conspiracy to Defraud the US Gov? Clearly, the DOJ/FBI kept their investigation alive long after the allegations were proven false ... and clearly by doing so, they obstructed/impaired the lawful functions of POTUS. Just say'n.With each new court exhibit and testimony, we are finding out that the "well-developed conspiracy of cooperation" the FBI in its FISAs alleged existed between Trump and Russia actually existed between the FBI and the Clinton campaign

Author of the White Paper on Alfa bank claims... was NEVER... INTERVIEWED by the FBI. Sands said interviewing Dagon was "the next logical investigatory step I was planning to take." She could not recall specifics but said she was "either TOLD NOT TO or to focus on the logs https://t.co/6zsxSknm9l

Has or will Pientka testify? When I followed more closely years ago I had the impression he might be one halfway honorable agent in this den of thieves.
BREAKING: A counterintel unit chief assigned to FBI HQ was told by Durham prosecutors that he was a "subject" in his Russiagate hoax investigation, not just a witness, indicating Durham has been putting FBI agents in his sights, not just Clinton campaign operatives & private actors

And - the other confidential human source who lied to the FBI about the Alfa Bank/Trump connections.https://t.co/JoUMREdJSc

FBI agents probing since-debunked claims of a secret back channel between Donald Trump and a Russian bank believed that the allegations had originated with the Department of Justice when in fact they came from Hillary Clinton campaign attorney Michael Sussmann, who had shopped them to the bureau's then-general counsel days earlier.

For some reason, I seem to recall that Weismann was involved in some meeting in spring of 2016 that involved Manafort and where his storage facilities were located. That meeting included members of the press as well.fasthorse05 said:
I don't know if this falls under malpractice, or my personal law of "malice aforethought".
It CERTAINLY smells like Weissman.
Heide concedes that everything FBI did to investigate Alfa Bank they could have done with a preliminary, rather than a full, investigation.

Part of the Durham's materiality argument is that FBI may not have jumped to open full investigation if Sussmann's clients were clear.
This resolves the mystery of the DOJ tip that came in on the same day that Sussmann took the fake Alfa data to the FBI's general counsel. Turns out it's the same fake tip. Through corruption and/or incompetence the FBI made it look as if the tip came from two separate streams. https://t.co/z1ZQvsKcry
