Don't feel bad, I couldn't remember either.

Anything involving the government always seems to end up with 200 or 300 acronyms.

This brings up an interesting question that's bugged me for yrs ... can a federal employee be named as a co-conspirator in a Conspiracy to Defraud the US Gov? Clearly, the DOJ/FBI kept their investigation alive long after the allegations were proven false ... and clearly by doing so, they obstructed/impaired the lawful functions of POTUS. Just say'n.

Ryan, fool_nelson and others in a filing in court. Maybe Durham can pick their brains.

Question for Mueller's Team: Which is it, you knew about it and didn't include it in the report; or, you didn't know about it and it didn't end up in the report?! If you didn't know, why not? You had 18 special prosecutors and 40 FBI agents?

Emily Compagno blasts Robert Mueller following Clinton bombshell: His team should be 'extremely embarrassed'
Former Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook testified Friday that Hillary Clinton approved of leaking Trump-Russia allegations to media.
Fox News StaffBy Fox News Staff | Fox News Published May 23, 2022 2:01pm EDT

Emily Compagno sounded off on special counsel Robert Mueller following the bombshell testimony from former Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook. The "Outnumbered" co-host said Monday it is "absolutely unacceptable" that Mueller's report didn't mention Hillary Clinton approved of leaking the Trump-Russia allegations to the media, given the extensive resources for Mueller's investigation.

EMILY COMPAGNO: They used 19 special prosecutors, more than 40 FBI agents. We footed that entire bill. They produced three separate reports that basically said, 'well, we can't prove a connection between Trump and Russia, but we can't disprove it.' All it would have taken is five minutes spent in a room with this guy who could have said, 'yes, actually, it was greenlit by Hillary Clinton. Actually, yes. There was not one modicum of truth to this.'

And instead, this really important person is the one who approved of and spearheaded it being leaked to the media. And listen, if I was one of the attorneys on Mueller's team, I would not only be extremely embarrassed right now, but I would have a lot of questions. Because either they did know and it didn't make it into the report, or they didn't know. And either of those answers are absolutely unacceptable.
I voted for this because I like Mean Tweets!

It's a question I've asked many socks on the boards over the years - are you a liar, an idiot, or both? There isn't a 4th option outside of an alien popping out of a villain's butt on the final page of a Stephen King novel.
Staff - take out the trash.

Yes. The answer is absolutely the affirmative.

I would think that all the revelations in this Durham trial and other future ones will be used by Trump's attorneys in the civil suit against the DNC and Hillary ?

Has or will Pientka testify? When I followed more closely years ago I had the impression he might be one halfway honorable agent in this den of thieves.

Doubt that. He has been running via transfers for a number of years.

"Told not to interview a ground zero source?"

Because the purpose of starting the investigation was to give legitimacy with the press. Not solve a case they already knew was bunk.

Some clarity on yesterday's confusion about the "DOJ referral" that opened the Chicago's FBI investigation. There wasn't a DOJ referral - the investigation was opened based on Sussmann's mtg w/ Baker ... and FBI HQ withheld (close hold) the source's identity from the Chicago investigators.

Link: FBI wrongly told its agents Trump-Russia collusion claims had come from DOJ, bombshell document reveals
Quote:

FBI agents probing since-debunked claims of a secret back channel between Donald Trump and a Russian bank believed that the allegations had originated with the Department of Justice when in fact they came from Hillary Clinton campaign attorney Michael Sussmann, who had shopped them to the bureau's then-general counsel days earlier.

I like this idea. And he could legitimately sue them for billions IMO since they damaged his brand reputation and net worth with these lies. Not to mention tarnishing his presidential legacy forever.

Durham and staff have "utterly disregarded DOJ policy" of ignoring/covering crimes by the establishment and further, they are stepping on my clients rights to do whatever it takes to keep the rats in power.

These people....hell, there was no need to write that letter. If there was ANY WAY POSSIBLE the current corrupt AG could drop the special counsel without massive blowback, it would have already been done. How about you do your client a favor and give him some good advice, like....

I don't know if this falls under malpractice, or my personal law of "malice aforethought".

It CERTAINLY smells like Weissman.

For some reason, I seem to recall that Weismann was involved in some meeting in spring of 2016 that involved Manafort and where his storage facilities were located. That meeting included members of the press as well.
