It's a stretch, but first thought that came to mind hearing DARPA and a military intelligence agency involved in Russia hoax.

Well it did have the virtue of sounding rather detailed and intricate to just have no foundation at all.

And its not like the Censoring Inc.cabal of DNC-MSM-BigTech have any credibilty.

Isn't this tied to all that `Hammer' stuff and how some numbers were apparently flipped remotely? I had thought this was the weakest link, but if entities like that involved, sounds more credible.

This would be one of the biggest "conspiracy theories" to be true (if true). At the time, I thought this was a dubious claim that was a 'bridge to far' because of how broad the conspiracy would have had to reach.

99-1 odds it is the superceding indictment. Summons issued says just that.

Thread about the summons that explains in layman's terms what might be happening.

First, a "Summons" is issued under Rule 4 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure. It is an alternative to a "warrant". A "Summons" is a notice from the Court for a person -- Danchenko -- to appear in Court on a specific day at a specific time.

Danchenko. BUT it could name "unindicted co-conspirators" for whom the Statute of Limitations had not expired. That's a slim chance from what I have seen thus far, though.

Tomorrow should be interesting, I think what the summons could mean is pretty wide-open.

If you connect it to Igor's tweets, it could be a violation of his bail status (maybe he drunk dialed someone he wasnt supposed to contact), or maybe he is pleading guilty as Hans suggests.

Or, it could be more charges (hence his exasperation), or maybe, just new co-defendants being added.
Ship has a great thread tonight that suggests this appearing in the docket is a bit of a mistake. Why seal it, but then have it show up in the docket, telling everyone something is happening?

Yeah, there was quite a bit "lost" during the great purges. The Q thread(s) had quite a bit of tangential information that fell victim. I do remember at the time, the German Server piece had me take a step back. Up until then, I thought they had enough material to make a mark.

If that story ends up having legs, we are going to have to go back and do some digging into what else was ignored.

Anyone know if drcrinum is still around? He was very active on this thread, but hasn't posted anything in over a year.

Welcome to the site/thread. Will and hawg do a lot of the heavy lifting with quite a few other posters helping aggregate content. When you look at user names you will see some with stars denoting paid subscriptions. If you choose to become one, I would keep a separate account because as a subscriber you can get DM's on this site, and you will get them from reporters and/or people representing themselves as reporters/researchers.
