Think about the timing here. Sidney gets a late Wednesday night tranche of docs from presumably Jensen. She has permission to file the supplemental today. Reading between the lines, grand jury has handed down their decisions and that material is no longer deemed secret grand jury material in an open investigation. Tells me an indictment has been handed down and will be announced shortly.

"It's beyond the pale and what's worse no one has paid the price for attempting to oust coup a U.S. president," said one former senior intelligence official.
