Well here's the problem for him. The wording of this new order states because not counsel to a party of record. By definition, all amicus briefs are not from a party of record. That's why I said his attempted clean up won't work without recission of his previous orders. This judge is unraveling before our eyes. His fitness for the bench is in serious question. He's nuking futz.
