Quote:

This leads us to today. Many people suspected that in 2016 a young man working for the DNC by the name of Seth Rich, copied emails from the DNC and shared them with WikiLeaks. Mr. Rich was murdered in Washington D.C. in July 2016 but his wallet, phone and watch were found on his person when the police arrived at the scene. We reported numerous oddities surrounding his death.

For years the Seth Rich story has been covered up and labeled a conspiracy. However, we reported numerous incidents and activities within the Deep State related to covering up the Seth Rich story. We recently reported that Judicial Watch released documents obtained in a FARA request. These emails revealed that corrupt cops Peter Strzok and Jonathan Moffa were copied in an email regarding a report from Daily Mail where ex-Brit Craig Murray claimed he traveled to Washington DC and obtained Clinton emails in an exchange in a wooded area near American University.

(Here is a link to the article that was shared between the dirty cops.)

The Mueller gang never looked into the Seth Rich matter and never interviewed Julian Assange from WikiLeaks to determine who provided him the DNC emails which were reportedly the cause of the Russia collusion sham.

In a prior post related to this subject we detailed the many actions taken over the past few years to determine if Seth Rich was the one who provided emails to WikiLeaks.
Quote:

Recently, transcripts of a conversation between George Papadopoulos and a confidential informant believed to be Stefan Halper were released by the DOJ. This transcript confirms that Papadopoulos was spied on and recorded, two things Papadopoulos was not told at the time of the case made against him by the Mueller gang.

We know from our previous reporting that a Deep State Anti-Trump former Assistant US Attorney claimed under oath that the FBI did examine Seth Rich's computer and that she met with an FBI Agent and prosecutor from the Mueller gang. This indicates the meeting should have been recorded in a form 302 but the FBI continues to claim no records related to Seth Rich are available!

We reported in mid-February how Attorney Ty Clevenger, who represents a client who is being sued for his comments about Seth Rich, reported to the courts that despite numerous assurances from the FBI that they had no information related to Seth Rich, emails related to Seth Rich were identified and provided to Judicial Watch. It looked like the FBI was lying to Clevenger all this time.

Edward Butowsky v. Douglas Wigdor, et al.
, Case No. 4:19-cv-00577-ALM (E.D.Tex.)

Ambassador Grenell:I represent Ed Butowsky in the cases identified above, each of whichconcerns an overlapping question of fact, namely whether former Democratic National Committee employee Seth Rich played a role in leaking emails from theDNC to Wikileaks in 2016. I respectfully request your assistance in de-classifying National Security Agency records that would settle this question once and for all.As you are probably aware, Mr. Rich was murdered in Washington, D.C.shortly after the emails were released, and Julian Assange strongly inferred thatMr. Rich rather than Russian hackers was responsible for sending the emails toWikileaks. Conversely, Special Counsel Robert Mueller, the FBI, and theintelligence establishment all have insisted that Mr. Rich played no role intransferring the emails.I am reliably informed that the NSA or its partners intercepted at least someof the communications between Mr. Rich and Wikileaks. Before elaborating onthat, however, I should first note the extent to which the "deep state" has alreadytried to cover up information about Mr. Rich. In an October 9, 2018 affidavitsubmitted in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit, FBI section chief David M.Hardy testified that (1) the FBI did not investigate any matters pertaining to Mr.Rich, and (2) the FBI was unable to locate any records about Mr. Rich. Bothclaims were unequivocally false.
Don't know if this helps, but it sounds duplicitous to me.

It sure appears that way. I expect Flynn will sue his former lawyers to at least be refunded the money he paid them, which might shed some light on their actions and inactions.

All I know is that when my father's attorney provided inadequate defense in a very similar situation, my father was so stressed from all the legal processes, he declined to pursue any legal remedies. His lawyer started his defense on a Saturday morning (did not call any witnesses but me) and closing arguments were on Sunday morning with the jury giving their verdict on Sunday afternoon (the jurors were even upset that the judge had misinterpreted their decisions and told the judge).

Bringing this over from CyclingAg82's thread:

Quote:

Very good summary of the Flynn railroading by Clarice Feldman at the American Thinker. The excerpt below reminds us of what most on the right and not msm media know all along, but worth repeating / rereading.

"Once again, Obama makes a statement about law which is demonstrably false. In fact, not once to my recalling has he ever made a statement about the law that is correct.
As to the facts, you simply cannot count on media reports, so I will link for you the Government's Motion to withdraw the case.
As you read it you will see that once specially appointed U.S. Attorney Jeff Jensen finally found the documents long hidden from the defense and court in the bowels of the FBI and DoJ, the government had little choice but to withdraw the case.
A number of analyses -- by people who do know enough not to simply rewrite Obama press dictation -- provide an accurate and chilling account of the persecution of Flynn. The Wall Street Journal's Kimberley Strassel and the Federalist's Margot Cleveland certainly provided the most accurate and readable of the accounts.
Strassel reminds us that the scandal had two parts. The "indefensible probe of the Trump campaign," and Robert Mueller's coverup of the Bureau's wrongdoing. I urge you to read the entire article. Here are the highlights, which are well documented.
1. "According to Justice department Inspector General Michael Horowitz, the FBI knew by January 2017 that the dossier's primary Russian source had disavowed the allegations and the FBI has failed to validate a single claim."
2. The government earlier this year admitted to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court that applications "which spanned Mr. Mueller's appointment and the [Rosenstein] scoping memo" lacked probable cause and should never have been made. The Mueller tasking memo gave him authority to investigate "abuses of ancient or rarely enforced laws" and "potential crimes" never or rarely enforced.
3. Former FBI director James Comey leaked his memo of conversations with the president specifically to force the appointment of a special counsel to hide his own "egregious errors." "The Mueller probe -- led by the very people who had made those errors -- then spent two years 'investigating' bogus or derivative claims, keeping secrets, and giving the escapade a fiction of legitimacy."

SIAP - I don't think this article has been posted but I know the Turley stuff in the article was. Good read either way.

Well, well, well, the plot thickens.

Quote:

This piece is based on two of the transcripts that Adam Schiff was forced to release last Thursday and they are revelatory.
The first concerns Felix Sater

The second is from the FBI Agent who handled Christopher Steele . The agent's name is kept confidential.

If you are the FBI and you are running a counter intelligence investigation into Trump's ties with the Russians you would want Felix Sater, who helped the FBI on several cases involving Russian spies and Russian organized crime. He was a business partner of Donald Trump's since at least 2001. And what does Sater reveal about The Donald's ties to the Russian mob and Russian spies? He exonerates Trump.

Then we have the unnamed FBI handler of Confidential Human Source Christopher Steele. He admits to knowing Sater and some of the things he did for the FBI. Any evidence of Trump cavorting with the Russians? NOPE. After you read the transcript you will appreciate why this FBI agent is not named. He did his job honestly and professionally. In fact, he's the one who terminated Steele as a source.

Quote:

I have written extensively about Felix Sater, the President/CEO of Bayrock Group, who was an informant for both the FBI and the CIA (you can read my early work on Mr. Sater here and here). His work as an FBI informant began in December of 1998 and then he started providing the CIA with good intel on Osama Bin Laden and other terrorist activities. Felix was born in Russia, speaks Russia and became friends with Michael Cohen (yeah, that Michael Cohen) when they were teenagers.

Felix Sater testified under oath to the House Intelligence Committee and confirmed the following

  • He had been working for the FBI and the CIA since December 1998 and provided important intelligence information on terrorism and assisted the FBI in criminal investigations. (see pages 5-12 of the deposition).
  • Sater met Donald Trump for the first time in 2000/2001. It was at Sater's initiative (Sater rented space in the Trump Tower). Sater proposed they work on real estate deals. Sater was President of the Bayrock Group (see page 16).
  • Trump had not and was not conspiring with Russian intelligence, Russian politicians nor Russian mobsters.

Quote:

Now we come to FBI Agent John Doe. I came to like this guy the more I read his testimony. The man is a straight shooter.

He met Steele for the first time in April 2010 at the request of Bruce Ohr (see pages 9-10). In the fall of 2013 (I get this date based on some earlier comments by Mr. Doe, the actual year is blacked outsee pages 12-14).

The next big moment in the Christopher Steele saga is July 5, 2016. Following a phone call from Steele requesting an urgent meeting in London, FBI Doe flies to the UK and meets Steele in his Orbis office. Steele shares with him the first report of what we now know as the Steele Dossier. Here's the summary:
Quote:

2016/080 20 June 2016
Russia cultivating, supporting and assisting Trump since at least 2011.
Trump has declined various real estate deals in Russia but he and his inner circle have accepted a regular flow of intelligence from the Kremlin on his political rivals.
FSB has compromising intel on Trump that they can use to blackmail him (e.g., coprophilia).
A dossier of compromising material on Hillary Clinton is being held by the Kremlin but has not been distributed.

Quote:

John Doe asked the pertinent questions (see page 22):
Quote:

Well, my first one of the first questions I had to him was, do you have any corroboration of this? ls there any independent corroboration, information that you have? ls there a videotape? ls there an audiotape? Do you have anything else? And the answer was no.

Quote:

John Doe returns to his office and subsequently notifies the Assistant Agent in Charge (i.e., ASAC) for Public Corruption in New York City. The ASAC tells him to hang on to the report and does not reconnect with Agent Doe until 28 July 2016. Two weeks passed. Mr. Doe does not know who else was briefed on his report.
The ASAC calls on the 28th and tells Doe to send him the reports. Doe complies. Two days later, according to Doe's testimony:
Quote:

He contacts me again and says, that information is going to go to the CDC's office in New York,CDC, the local attorneys, FBI attorneys in the field office. They are setting up a special subfile for this information. Just send it directly to them, talk to this one CDC up there and get it to them, and then we'll go from there, okay?

Quote:

Now comes even stranger developments. Listen to what Agent Doe tells HPSCI:
Quote:

So I have no idea what happened down at headquarters after that. Again, my concern was getting it now to CDC office in New York. And I had spoken with CDC, sent the reports to him in New York, but at that time it was probably now we're talking probably middle of August, I think right around that time, the CDC and another ASAC in the counterintel program in New York advised me that, hey, there is a unit in headquarters that needs to see this, some type of investigative unit that's there that you need to send this to.
I said, okay, give me the name and I will send it to them. That took probably another 3 weeks to a month to get lhe name of the person to whom I had to send this information to.

What the hell? The FBI Agent in charge of handling Christopher Steele is completely cut out of CROSSFIRE HURRICANE and given the mushroom treatment (cover with manure and keep in the dark). If CROSSFIRE HURRICANE was a legitimate investigation then why was the guy who has authorized access to Christopher Steele not brought into the circle of trust and asked to get with Steele and confirm details? This is all you need to know that the Steele Dossier was a mere pretext for launching the coup against Trump.
Quote:

The next shoe to drop in the life and times of Christopher Steele, idiot spy, comes with the publication in Mother Jones of David Corn's contribution to the covert action against TrumpA Veteran Spy Has Given the FBI Information Alleging a Russian Operation to Cultivate Donald Trump

Agent Doe was not happy. He was pissed. Doe calls Steele and tells him:
Quote:

everything is going to change now. I said, you're no longer working to get information on our behalf, you're no longer to goout, a nd we are no longer tasking you. ln addition, you're not going to be paid, and the relationship is going to end. (see page 74)

Quote:

Where was FBI Headquarters in this debacle? It was Agent Doe who terminated the British goof. Yet, Steele continued to generate reports and passed them on to Bruce Ohr who in turn made sure they found their way into the CROSSFIRE HURRICANE team. And let's not forget that the sanctimonious clown, Jim Comey, was pressing in late December and early January to include the Steele Dossier in the so-called Intelligence Community Assessment that was published in January 2017.
More here

Pretty clear the Steele Dossier wasn't being taken all that seriously by the line level agents, only by the highly excitable upper echelons with a political agenda.

But please read the rest of the article because there are a few more twists and turns.

Yep, the objective was to damage Trump and his administration, not to conduct a search for the truth. They partially achieved their objective in gaining control of the House, and came within a whisker of removing Trump from office.

Very long article about Spygate but gives some details about how 702 queries work that are of interest.

Quote:

Searching the highly classified NSA database is essentially a function of filling out search boxes to identify the user-initiated search parameter and get a return on the search result.

FISA-702(16) is a search of the system returning a U.S. person ("702"); and the "16" is a check box to initiate a search based on "To and From". Example, if you put in a date and a phone number and check "16" as the search parameter the user will get the returns on everything "To and From" that identified phone number for the specific date. Calls, texts, contacts etc. Including results for the inbound and outbound contacts.

FISA-702(17) is a search of the system returning a U.S. person (702); and the "17" is a check box to initiate a search based on everything "About" the search qualifier. Example, if you put a date and a phone number and check "17" as the search parameter the user will get the returns of everything about that phone. Calls, texts, contacts, geolocation (or gps results), account information, user, service provider etc. As a result, 702(17) can actually be used to locate where the phone (and user) was located on a specific date or sequentially over a specific period of time which is simply a matter of changing the date parameters.

And that's just from a phone number.
Helluva lot of info there.

Quote:

Search an ip address "about" and read all data into that server; put in an email address and gain everything about that account. Or use the electronic address of a GPS enabled vehicle (about) and you can withdraw more electronic data and monitor in real time.

Search a credit card number and get everything about the account including what was purchased, where, when, etc.

Search a bank account number, get everything about transactions and electronic records etc. Just about anything and everything can be electronically searched; everything has an electronic 'identifier'.

The search parameter is only limited by the originating field filled out. Names, places, numbers, addresses, etc. By using the "About" parameter there may be thousands or millions of returns.

Imagine if you put "@realdonaldtrump" into the search parameter? You could extract all following accounts who interacted on Twitter, or Facebook etc. You are only limited by your imagination and the scale of the electronic connectivity.

As you can see below, on March 9th, 2016, internal auditors noted the FBI was sharing "raw FISA information, including but not limited to Section 702-acquired information".

In plain English the raw search returns were being shared with unknown entities without any attempt to "minimize" or redact the results. The person(s) attached to the results were named and obvious. There was no effort to hide their identity or protect their 4th amendment rights of privacy; and database access was from the FBI network:

Quote:

Read this next excerpt carefully.

The operators were searching "U.S Persons". The review of November 1, 2015, to May 1, 2016, showed "eighty-five percent of those queries" were unlawful or "non compliant".
85% !! "representing (redacted number)".

We can tell from the space of the redaction the number of searches were between 10,000 and 99,999 (six digits). If we take the middle number of 50,000 a non compliant rate of 85 percent means 42,500 unlawful searches out of 50,000.
Quote:

Also notice this very important quote: "many of these non-compliant queries involved the use of the same identifiers over different date ranges." This tells us the system users were searching the same phone number, email address, electronic identifier, repeatedly over different dates.

Specific person(s) were being tracked/monitored.

Additionally, notice the last quote: "while the government reports it is unable to provide a reliable estimate of" these non lawful searches "since 2012, there is no apparent reason to believe the November 2015 to April 2016 coincided with an unusually high error rate".
And finally, not to put too fine a point on all of this:

Quote:

That means the 85% unlawful FISA-702(16)(17) database abuse has likely been happening since 2012.

2012 is an important date in this database abuse because a network of specific interests is assembled that also shows up in 2016/2017:
  • Who was 2012 FBI Director? Robert Mueller, who was selected by the FBI group to become special prosecutor in 2017.
  • Who was Mueller' chief-of-staff? Aaron Zebley, who became one of the lead lawyers on the Mueller special counsel.
  • Who was 2012 CIA Director? John Brennan (remember the ouster of Gen Petraeus)
  • Who was ODNI? James Clapper.
  • Remember, the NSA is inside the Pentagon (Defense Dept) command structure. Who was Defense Secretary? Ash Carter
Who wanted NSA Director Mike Rogers fired in 2016? Brennan, Clapper and Carter.

And finally, who wrote and signed-off-on the January 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment and then lied about the use of the Steele Dossier? The same John Brennan, and James Clapper along with James Comey.
Read the rest There's a lot to unpack.

Etc., all that is key word triggering their classic american democrat ideals.
It is triggered to maintain their sucker vote, and keep those suckers from inderstanding that the modern dnc amd many republicans as well are active, corrupt, compromised anti american actors, and the control of america by such scumbags is the worst thing in all of american history.

These 'scandals' and 'incidents' are not isolated. They are all just pieces of the puzzle.

So how involved was Biden with all of the (likely) illegal activities of the Obama administration?

Quote:

1 Biden was present at a Russia collusion briefing documented in an "odd" Susan Rice email.
Biden was documented as being present in the Oval Office for a conversation about the controversial Russia probe between President Obama, disgraced ex-FBI chief James Comey, Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates and other senior officials including Obama's national security advisor Susan Rice.

In an action characterized as "odd" in 2018 by then-Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, Rice memorialized the confab in an email to herself describing Obama as starting "the conversation by stressing his continued commitment to ensuring that every aspect of this issue is handled by the Intelligence and law enforcement communities 'by the book.'"
Quote:

The email was sent during the period Obama reportedly personally raised purported red flags to then-President-elect Trump about hiring Flynn during an Oval Office meeting two days after the election.

An attorney for Rice responded to Grassley's letter saying Rice wrote the email to herself with the goal of "memorializ[ing] an important national security discussion," since "President Obama and his national security team were justifiably concerned about potential risks to the Nation's security from sharing highly classified information about Russia with certain members of the Trump transition team, particularly Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn."

The attorney's previous admission that the conversation was about Flynn may raise immediate red flags now that Flynn's case was dropped amid reports of possible wrongdoing by the FBI.

2 Biden was reportedly involved in the controversial early stages of the Russia collusion probe.
Biden was reportedly one of the few Obama administration officials who participated in secretive meetings during the early stages of the Obama-era intelligence community's initial operations regarding suspected Russian interference in the 2016 presidential campaign.

That tidbit was contained deep inside a 7,700-plus word Washington Post article published June 23, 2017 in which the newspaper also detailed the highly compartmentalized nature of the original Russia interference investigation and the manner in which other U.S. intelligence agencies were deliberately kept in the dark. Part of the efforts eventually involved unsubstantiated and ultimately discredited charges made by the Christopher Steele dossier that Trump campaign officials were colluding with Russia.
Quote:

According to the newspaper, in the summer of 2016, CIA Director John Brennan convened a "secret task force at CIA headquarters composed of several dozen analysts and officers from the CIA, the NSA and the FBI."
The Post described the unit as so secretive it functioned as a "sealed compartment" hidden even from the rest of the U.S. intelligence community; a unit whose workers were all made to sign additional non-disclosure forms.
The unit reported to top officials, the newspaper documented:
Quote:

They worked exclusively for two groups of "customers," officials said. The first was Obama and fewer than 14 senior officials in government. The second was a team of operations specialists at the CIA, NSA and FBI who took direction from the task force on where to aim their subsequent efforts to collect more intelligence on Russia.
The number of Obama administration officials who were allowed access to the Russia intelligence was also highly limited, the Post reported. At first only four senior officials were involved, and not Biden. Those officials were CIA Director John Brennan, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, Attorney General Loretta Lynch and then-FBI Director James Comey. Their aides were all barred from attending the initial meetings, the Post stated.

Quote:

The secrecy extended into the White House.

Rice and White House homeland-security adviser Lisa Monaco convened meetings in the Situation Room to weigh the mounting evidence of Russian interference and generate options for how to respond.

At first, only four senior security officials were allowed to attend: Brennan, Clapper, Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch and FBI Director James B. Comey. Aides ordinarily allowed entry as "plus-ones" were barred.

Gradually, the circle widened to include Vice President Biden and others. Agendas sent to Cabinet secretaries including John F. Kerry at the State Department and Ashton B. Carter at the Pentagon arrived in envelopes that subordinates were not supposed to open. Sometimes the agendas were withheld until participants had taken their seats in the Situation Room.
Quote:

Adding another layer of secrecy, the newspaper reported that when the closed cabinet sessions on Russia began in the White House Situation Room in August, the video feed from the main room was cut off during the meetings.

The feed, which allows only for video and not audio, is usually kept on so that senior aides can see when a meeting takes place.
Quote:

3 Biden's national security adviser participated in secretive early Russia probe meetings.
Colin Kahl, who served as then-Vice President Biden's national security adviser, reportedly participated in the secretive and highly compartmentalized early principals' meetings described above in #2.
The detail was contained in the March 2018 book Russian Roulette: The Inside Story of Putin's War on America and the Election of Donald Trump by Michael Isikoff, chief investigative correspondent for Yahoo News, and David Corn, Washington bureau chief of Mother Jones.
Quote:

In discussing how to respond to the information gathered, Isikoff and Corn write, the traditional interagency process of deputy chiefs meeting to formulize options for the heads of agencies also referred to as principals was bypassed for a more secretive route.
They write:
Quote:

Usually, when the White House invited the deputies and principals to such meetings, they informed them of the subject at hand and provided "read ahead" memos outlining what was on the agenda. This time, the agency officials just received instructions to show up at the White House at a certain time. No reason given. No memos supplied. "We were only told that a meeting was scheduled and our principal or deputy was expected to attend," recalled a senior administration official who participated in the sessions.

If Biden is ever asked about any of this, he'll get the deer in the headlights look.

Hillary's post election night meltdown comments are proving to be quite prophetic. IIRC the words were, "if I lose we will all swing from nooses". Cue the boy praying with dog meme....

That long article about Spygate makes it easy to see how they got Roberts to uphold Obamacare. Every one of those illegal queries, 10's of 1,000's, was for a nefarious purpose.
