Have you read the motion yet? I was surprised that Yates came out so well. Both Comey and McCabe were very dismissive of her and did what they wanted, over her misgivings and directives in contravention of their chosen course.blindey said:
I would be keeping my mouth shut if I were McCabe. It sounds like his political cover in DC is running thin.
Where can I get the motion?aggiehawg said:Have you read the motion yet? I was surprised that Yates came out so well. Both Comey and McCabe were very dismissive of her and did what they wanted, over her misgivings and directives in contravention of their chosen course.blindey said:

They had the transcript. They could give a briefing to Pence or Trump as to what was said. Yates wanted such briefings to occur but Comey refused did an end round run on her, cutting her out of the loop and infuriating her.
And technically, she was one of their bosses.
They threatened going after his son. And in violation of the law, made that agreement without the knowledge of the court, then lied to the court in swearing that there were no other negotiations or agreements other than what the court was aware of.MooreTrucker said:
So a quick one minute refresher, please. Flynn plead guilty because the threatened his family, correct? With what?
They threatened to prosecute his son for FARA or something like it.MooreTrucker said:

Trumped up FARA charges as his son worked at Flynn Intelligence Group. That would have been the Inovo deal wherein there was contact with Turkish government officials.MooreTrucker said:

lol, one thing's for certain. McCabe hasn't read the motion.aggiehawg said:Have you read the motion yet? I was surprised that Yates came out so well. Well, the documents don't lie.andrago94 said:
I think it would have been better for the Trump side if they had let this drag out in the courts longer. Now I guess Flynn's old law firm is off the hook for producing more documents along with the government. The other side can claim this was all political machinations by Trump DOJ. Having the judge grant the dismissal request would have been better...
Na, Flynn can still go after them for malpractice and get these all through discovery.andrago94 said:

You don't think that he isn't going to go after his previous law firm and the US government (can he do this) for the actions against him? Dude is going to get paid, and it still won't be enough for what these people did to him.tremble said:andrago94 said:

This is my concern as well. Unless Flynn files a civil suit against these crooks a lot of this will get swept under the rug.

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Rep. Adam Schiff is planning to selectively release information from some of the 53 declassified transcripts of witnesses that testified before Congress regarding the FBI's Russia probe into the Trump campaign. This move, comes after a long battle against Republican colleagues, who are fighting to make all the transcripts available to the American public, said a U.S. official, with knowledge of Schiff's plans.
Schiff has been fighting the release of the transcripts.
LINKQuote:
The decision for Schiff to publish a selective portion of the 6,000 pages of transcripts comes after a recent public showdown with Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell, who is also fighting to make all the transcripts public. In fact, Grenell reiterated in a letter Wednesday that if Schiff doesn't make the transcripts public then he will release them himself.
Interestingly, the committee voted unanimously in the fall of 2018, to make all the transcripts public after declassification, which has already been done.
"Schiff's planning to selectively leak to the liberal media what he wants, while keeping the truth from the American people," said one source, familiar with Schiff's plans.
Not sure there is going to be enough popcorn for this.aggiehawg said:Ooohh! Goody, goody! More fun to look forward to tomorrow.will25u said:

I have to assume Grenell will release them. *****-for-brains will be very upset someone leaked his plans. Couldn't happen to a bigger, lying, leaking PoS.aggiehawg said:Quote:

Cherry-picking, out of context, no doubt. Hope Grennel beats him to the punch.
To Sara Carter, no less.Quote:

If Schiff didn't release everything, I'm certain Grenell will.3 Toed Pete said:
It seems to me the selective release of the transcripts gives Grenell even more justification for releasing ALL of the transcripts
That's been the dem's SOP for years and most likely coordinated with MSM to blast out the propaganda.Prognightmare said:
Schiff head only selected certain transcripts to release. His ass is puckering.

Not exactly. Grenell has been putting the pressure on hard.valvemonkey91 said:VegasAg86 said:If Schiff didn't release everything, I'm certain Grenell will.3 Toed Pete said:
