That $10k is the money. It's the money the feds expected Papa to have on him when they arrested him at the airport. The sum is important because it would have been a violation of federal law to bring that money in undeclared.

But a finding by the FCC that the phone companies broke the rules to the point where a fine, 200 million dollar fine, is warranted, is good evidence for personal lawsuits by those affected against Schiff for civil rights violations. OK, but they will probably take 90-180 days to decide, and then have an administrative appeal process the companies can go through.
