I don't think Horowitz will be too harsh ..: honestly he's a long time dem beurocrat that is used to sweeping things under the rug or at least watering things down for guys like Odumbass and for the canal and media .. he's gonna have to report some corruption and really has no choice if he knows Durham is running beside him .. this report will be very interesting .. he may not point out "The Who" did these things mainly because that will be Durham's job? They used the joint assessment that financial aid, and some pitiful blankets/MRE's flown into Poland and then driven by private vehicles into Ukraine, were the best ways to counter the Russian invasion of Ukraine, per the inter-agency consensus.

It's just a coincidence that javelin anti-tank missiles became absolutely critical for 3 weeks in August-September 2019, after Trump changed that policy, and dared to agree to the Ukrainian president's request to send Rudy over.

"I am so stressed about what I could have done differently," read another message that apparently referenced the Clinton email investigation.

Asked in one text message after the election if he had changed his mind about Trump, Clinesmith wrote: "Hell no. Viva le resistance."

With the upcoming IG report in the next couple of weeks this is the one time I wish that the AG's office set up different people that they released the report to with different versions to see who would be the one to leak it. It would have been a perfect opportunity.

I am not even sure it will be up to the FISA court to do much of anything other than recommend disciplinary action against any lawyer that knowingly lied to the court. If Durham indicts anyone as a result of Horowitz's referral(s) that will be in a regular federal district court, not the FISA court.

One caveat to that regarding the Flynn case and that is Judge Contreras, bestie of Strzok and the original judge who accepted Flynn's guilty plea. He is on the FISA court. We still do not have public proof that Flynn was under a FISA, at least not a Title I FISA. But at a minimum, he was likely the subject of many 702 queries.

I'm not saying Judge Contreras did anything wrong enough to warrant his removal from the FISA court but at this point, I can't rule it out either.

Clear as mud I know.

Let's hope that those judges that were "duped", have assisted in turning the process around after proof was shown. As "someone" has said, "FISA works both ways." It sure has been quiet on that front.

I expect as all this starts to come out, there will be a rush by the media outlets to get on the right side of history, then they'll try to make the claim they were duped by the wrongdoers. We know most of them are complicit ideologues, and they have to be held accountable for their role by the people.
