Maybe! But it's taken nearly three years to get where we are now, and who knows how many statutes of limitations have passed with some of these crooks. To a certain degree, to get this many crooks in sync on the problem of obstructing justice, is fairly remarkable.

I'll say many in the Biden scenario appear to have been careless and sloppy, but most of that appears to have been over confidence counting on Hillary winning. The Spygate issue seems to be anything but sloppy.

It's my understanding that once an indictment is issued (could be sealed, I believe) it suspends limitation.

Also recall that there were, and still are, a large number of sealed indictments scattered across the States. Now, some of them may go away, but the remainder may be what you are looking for...

I don't have a problem with anyone going after Solomon, as long as it's justified and accurate. I remember the uprising at The Hill. I never knew exactly what it was for, but suspected younger journos didn't like anything positive being written about Trump.

If he has suspect means, then I want to know. But if that Wapo jackwagon is just going to repeat "others have issues with him", and that kind of thing, then kiss mine.

In Shokin's sworn statement in that long post. It basically details the Obama admin did not want a person (initials DF) despite providing zero evidence of criminal activity to Shokin's office. Instead, they pressured Poroshenko and waged a PR campaign to frighten him from returning.

Ok thx. Dmitry Firtash is pending extradition still to the US from Austria, right? I read that Lanny Davis is one of his US attorneys so I assume he is slime based on that alone.

Now, this, whether it sounds like it or not, don't doubt me, this is highly relevant to this entire Russian collusion story, which is why Trump was asking about it and why the Democrats don't want the Ukrainians to reinvestigate it.

The reference to CrowdStrike, mark my words, is momentous in this transcript today. I know damn well the whistleblower didn't tell the Democrats about that or they would have a different strategy laid out for this. Because another thing -- don't doubt me on this -- what this really means, folks, is that Trump -- he was asking for assistance on Biden, but it's all related. What Trump actually was asking the president of Ukraine to do was to help the attorney general.

Sometimes you have to kill everything to kill the cancer. If you just attack a few areas, then the remaining pockets will fester and grow.

Release small pieces now, but if you don't release it all you better burn it down after the election.

I;m not sure about waiting for the election in 2020. Trump voters are already energized. Need the soft middle to join in on the outrage.

Trump said in October 2016 he would bring down the swamp. He was elected for that among other things.

The 'soft middle' .... think of this voter as someone in their 30's with an unfavorable opinion of both candidates ... with minimal interest in politics, economics, or current events ... and thinks the Middle East is somewhere between Oklahoma and Ohio.

Wife heard about this on Rush today, even Gaetz mentioned it on Fox this evening. So, there's a lookup, and the above text kinda makes Trump well within his scope of authority doesn't it? It would appear he was acting according to the agreement, even if he was ignorant of this treaty...
