I don't really like to view some of our own like that, since I viscerally dislike the Dems lockstep mentality of think like us, or else. I also believe I certainly don't know all of the details and information (behind the curtain, so to speak). Having said that, I honestly can't believe ANY Republican could know, or believe, the behavior of the Left isn't, at least, 80% political, and moving to impeach at all costs.

The standard retort from our side is the damage it will do to the left, and my reply is why would anyone think like that. They just took over the House, and gained some seats in the Senate. As I often say here about every 3-4 posts, NO human will stop a behavior until there's a penalty, or painful reason to do so. IF the Left didn't believe the Republicans weren't evil, then they may see the light, get angry, and push back. There just isn't any data to suggest those voters will change---independents---maybe.

Now, will they impeach? Hell yes they will. I'll be quite surprised if the Senate agrees, or even allows a trial. It will be an ideal time for our enemies to begin any clandestine operations. This will likely be Trump's biggest challenge. Alll of y'all know that DC is about 90% Dem.

The only reason I could legitimately see a Republican voting "yes" in the House would be for election reasons, but this isn't an election year, and most will forget about those actions, so why would a Righty join the chorous, so to speak?

Nobody expects impeachment of Trump to get him out of office. They just want to yell, "an impeached President shouldn't be appointing judges." They are horribly afraid that if Ginsburg goes, their access to wealth through public non-service will be greatly curtailed.

I'm not buying any of Brennan or Clapper's bs. I base that on on Trump's in your face attitude toward Mueller and the whole investigation. If he had any real concerns about it he wouldn't be saying the things he does about the whole process. He would be quiet and huddled w lawyers 24/7 and I'm not seeing that happening.

Because the principal of the company is also under indictment. CIPA wouldn't entirely take care of the problem, unless they dismissed the indictment against him.

To tell you the truth, I'm sort of surprised Putin didn't send one of his GRU agents to the states to contest the Russian bot case, too. Discovery would have been the same nightmare but the chances that Putin would find some nuggets of information that would be useful would still have been very good.

It was idiotic for Team Mueller to have brought either of those indictments, unless they were kept sealed, in my opinion.

Not just documents related to Carter Page's FISA, but all documents relating to any FISA applications on individuals associated Trump's campaign. Sounds like more FISAs existed besides the one on Carter Page.

I would be very surprised if a full Woods file even existed for any FISA warrant apps related to Trump or the Trump campaign.
