This is an interesting article. They examined computerized contract records from the Department of Defense Office of Net Assessment. The latter show Stefan Halper's contract marked with an 'x' under 'foreign funding' and that his contract was subject to a very late 'update'. It certainly looks suspicious that there was hanky-panky ongoing with Halper's contract and that it was being funded with foreign money. Was this a way to fund Halper under contract to avoid scrutiny? (The data is small print on images; I had to download the images and view them in my photo processor to read them.)

This is a fascinating semi-biography on Felix Sater, long but factual with multiple references. He is obviously an important character in the background during Donald Trump's life in the 21st Century -- many business deals. Sater is/was definitely a significant FBI/CIA asset and worked under Loretta Lynch's purview for many years; his court records are still sealed despite many legal attempts to unseal them...because of ongoing FBI/CIA activities. Was Sater involved in the BURYAKOV Case along with Carter Page & possibly even Trump? Sater definitely was a close associate of Michael Cohen & worked on the Moscow Hotel Project that figures in the Dossier. Was he just a plant to spy on Trump during Spygate or were there more devious plans afloat -- we don't know...yet.

Oh my! Recently released FBI emails: Wilmer Hale, Mueller's legal company, had possession in January 2016 of a computer that contained Hillary's emails via Justin Cooper. Were the emails above directly involving Mueller himself? Clearly Aaron Zebley on Mueller's SC Team is outed in one of the emails. Talk about a conflict of interest! Why hasn't this been publicly addressed/revealed? There is no way that Mueller can investigate anything related to Hillary's emails -- that would include her server as well as the Clinton Foundation. This has to be spelled out in a Mueller recusal via Rosenstein...if it's not....

Really makes one wonder if Justin Cooper is one of the whisteblowers regarding the Clinton Foundation.

Ham radio operators don't use handles. They ID by call sign as required by the FCC. Handles are a CB thing where running illegal is a way of life. Big linear amps running illegal on the 11 meter band, bleeding across all bands and even ruining TV VHF/UHF channels, started out the handle craze years ago, and the over the road trucker types made is famous talking back and forth running illegal. Back in the 50-60 DPS cars communicated on CB bands, and even after DPS converted to 450 band CB's were kept in cars for years to listen to the Truckers trying to run the scales or avoid checkpoints. Most old time Hams despise the 11 meter (CB) bunch.
