Problems with congressional subpoenas, both the chair and ranking members have to sign off on them.

Feinstein has refused every subpoena Grassley wanted to file. According to the BS rules they both have to sign.

To be fair Orrin Hatch did the same thing in 2004 when Feinstein was after documents from John Ashcroft and Alberto Gonzales.

The left knows they will block for them so they aren't going to sweat a subpoena.

I think Nunes did the same thing to Schiff this year for the translator, and over something last year as well.

I doubt Nadler is going to sign off on Goodlatte's subpoena

The EU negotiators just told May to pound sand. It's not clear what the major obstacles to the keeping the EU markets open to the UK are, but it's clear that the EU is going to do all it can to extract its pound of flesh from the Brexiters. It's not clear what, if any, leverage the UK has in their negotiations. And I am not sure there is anything the Trump administration can do to affect the outcome.

It is my opinion that it won't be the economics that undoes the EU, but the immigration issue. Hungary is on a low boil with a PM that is sharply dividing the country as much as Trump/Obama/Clinton have divided this one philosophically.

No one seems to be able to agree on just what we want to be.

NYT is reporting that Rosenstein was suggesting that Rosenstein and others should secretly record the POTUS in order to remove him via the 25th amendment. Apparently McCabe was engaged by Rosenstein and McCabe contemporaneously recorded the plot in memos.

This whole deep state story might have just gotten turned up to 11.

The NYT doesn't publish anything without being in step with the Democrat leadership. You need to look at why throwing Rosey under the bus is good for them.

My guess is that he's gone anyways as soon as the FISA application is released. He signed a fraudulent document.
