Well, that would be funQuote:
During their final days of access to FBI files and computers Andrew McCabe and Peter Strzok before losing their jobs each allegedly tried to destroy evidence and documents, per well-placed FBI and DOJ sources.
But they were nabbed by a sting operation.
Two of the supposed brightest minds who served the FBI and led the country's Intel apparatus each separately set out to allegedly destroy incriminating evidence before their departures from the Bureau. And neither one had any clue they were being watched.
But FBI Director Christopher Wray had suspected as much and working with personnel from the Inspector General's office set up a sting-like operation to prevent against evidence destruction, both documents and electronic, two FBI sources confirm.
Though at differing times, McCabe and Strzok were under 24-hour surveillance both at the office and outside FBI HQ in Washington D.C. And any documents, files, and databases that were deleted or manipulated by McCabe and Strzok were being recorded and documented by federal agents. The original records were restored after the duo vacated the FBI.
"They had no clue they were being watched," one FBI source said.
One insider said "there were similar patterns" in what McCabe and Strzok accessed at the FBI prior to their departures.
Were federal agents and the Inspector General running wiretaps on McCabe's and Strzok's phones while they were employed at FBI?
"It's a wise deduction," one FBI source said.

If handled correctly, this has the potential to be a Jameis Winston "ask me anything" type of backfire.stetson said:

Lawless. He is absolutely lawless. @realDonaldTrump is the subject of an investigation. Using his power to selectively release classified information is an abuse of power.
Particularly if it also burns members of the press for being complicit in the false narratives. Those reporters knew they were printing complete BS but getting Trump was the only goal.CJS4715 said:
It's really the only weapon available to Trump in a war of perception, and make no mistake about it, he's at war with the media. They can fight about who is at fault for that war, but it's absolutely a strategy available to him based on our laws.

You can read the entire letter addressed to Coats, Rosenstein & Wray here:

Signed by Pelosi, Schiff, Schumer & Warner. Methinks the latter is scared about something...perhaps affecting him personally?

The democrats know their world is coming to an end. Warner knows there are more of his texts that haven't been released. They know that the FISA application is going to sink there narrative and may well incriminate several people. It's just a matter of time.

I have always harbored some animosity towards the Democratic Party and progressives. However, Trump's presidency has pushed animosity towards outright anger because of this behavior.
The Democratic Party is full of liars, perverts, and the morally corrupt. Those who put them in office are equally abhorrent.
My bet is that this will go way farther back when it's all said and doneMouthBQ98 said:

Yeah, it will. Which would explain why the swamp denizens who have been there for decades are fighting it.pedro_martinez said:My bet is that this will go way farther back when it's all said and doneMouthBQ98 said:
