Unfortunately, the FBI has no evidence that the server was hacked by the Russians. Heck, they have never even seen the server.

How is asking for an investigation into what happened weaponizing the DOJ? He's trying to find out if Obama weaponized the DOJ. This is the ranting of someone that doesn't want his conduct evaluated. Last week he claims Halper's life would be at risk if his name came out (he said that several days after the name was common knowledge to anyone that bothered to search). He should have no credibility about such claims.

Yeah this whole Halper's life is at risk BS is comical. He's not Sammy Gravano, the mob isn't going to have him knocked off for spying on the POTUS. It's a bunch of BS so they can avoid the truth that he likely broke the law. He might be confused and think Halper spied on Clinton, now that could be lethal.

Agreed. I think the political fallout would be enormous. Hell, the left wanted Comey gone for 7 months, right up until the day Trump fired him and he became their martyr. I don't think firing Rosey would be a good idea.
