A really interesting read on the Obama admin, the press, especially Adam Entous, the New Yorker writer chosen to carry Democrat Russiagate water including the Seychelles meeting. Apparently the Russiagate protocol was developed when Obama was spying on Congress and Israeli figures, and is still being employed today.

Take a few minutes- its worth it.
Interesting that included in this article is a reference to the UAE/Prince/Blackwater article posted just above it. Have to remember the name Entous, a toilet bowl that catches Left-leaning leaks.

https://saraacarter.com/ex-british-spy-knew-who-funded-dossier-fbi-told-secret-court-something-different/

In that lengthy article in The New Yorker about Chris Steele posted a few pages back, the author, Jane Mayer, stated that Steele knew the DNC & HRC were paying for the dossier within several months after he signed the contract. That meant he knew sometime before the summer was over.

Quote:

"Under the arrangement, Orbis was a subcontractor working for Fusion GPS, a private research firm in Washington," according to the article. "Fusion, in turn, had been contracted by a law firm, Perkins Coie, which represented both Hillary Clinton's Presidential campaign and the Democratic National Committee. Several months after Steele signed the deal, he learned that, through this chain, his research was being jointly subsidized by the Clinton campaign and the D.N.C. In all, Steele was paid a hundred and sixty-eight thousand dollars for his work."

This does not jive with what the FBI/DOJ informed the FISA Court when it applied for the warrant to surveil Carter Page in October 2016:

Quote:

In a footnote on the warrant application to the court, the FBI stated that the "identified U.S. Person never advised Source #1 as to the motivation behind the research into Candidate #1's ties to Russia." Meaning that now embattled Fusion GPS, the firm that hired Steele to conduct the research, never advised him of who was paying his bill.

Somebody lied. Was it Steele or the FBI/DOJ?

OLEG DERIPASKA OP-ED: The Ever-Changing 'Russia Narrative' Is False Public Manipulation

...Yet on March 16, 2017, Daniel Jones himself a team member of Fusion GPS, self-described former FBI agent and, as we now know from the media, an ex-Feinstein staffer met with my lawyer, Adam Waldman, and described Fusion as a "shadow media organization helping the government, "funded by a "group of Silicon Valley billionaires and George Soros." My lawyer testified these facts to the Senate Intelligence Committee on Nov. 3. Mr. Soros is, not coincidentally, also the funder of two "ethics watchdog" NGOs (Democracy 21 and CREW) attacking Rep. Nunes' committee memo.

Oleg Deripaska wrote an OP-ED in the Daily Caller, the central theme being the 'Deep State' and mass distraction via the media. It's a fairly interesting article, but one paragraph (above) stuck out in my mind.

David Corn & Michael Isikoff have written a book which will be released next week entitled "Russian Roulette: The Inside Story of Putin's War on America and the Election of Donald Trump". If you do not recall these two chaps' names, think Fusion GPS, Steele & the MSM. Remember Steele briefing reporters about the dossier prior to the election? Some of these reporters were paid by Fusion GPS as well, although who has not been revealed publicly. Well, Michael Isikoff (Yahoo News) is the reporter who wrote the hit piece on Carter Page in September 2016 which ended up as a support document for the FISA warrant application on Page. David Corn (Mother Jones) is the reporter who published an account first disclosing the existence of the Steele dossier in October 2016. So these are two level headed, completely unbiased individuals who have written a book about Russian interference in the election...Hah! So what could be their motives? I just can't imagine.

Anyway. two installments from the book have now been published in Mother Jones. Here they are:

Quote:

This is the first of two excerpts adapted from Russian Roulette: The Inside Story of Putin's War on America and the Election of Donald Trump (Twelve Books), by Michael Isikoff, chief investigative correspondent for Yahoo News, and David Corn, Washington bureau chief of Mother Jones. The book will be released on March 13.

https://www.motherjones.com/politics/2018/03/russian-connection-what-happened-moscow-inside-story-trump-obsession-putin-david-corn-michael-isikoff/
What Happened in Moscow: The Inside Story of How Trump's Obsession With Putin Began

https://www.motherjones.com/politics/2018/03/why-the-hell-are-we-standing-down/
"Why the Hell Are We Standing Down?"
The secret story of Obama's response to Putin's attack on the 2016 election.

The first excerpt paints a very derogatory picture of Trump, portraying him as being infatuated with Putin. Other accounts include Trump being buddy-buddy with a Russian oligarch, George Soros' son and a wealthy GOP mega-donor, and it details multiple instances of Trump behaving as a womanizer. There are even several paragraphs devoted to him attending a night club act where women are urinating on a professor as well as each other (no joke).

The second installment is about how Obama decided to deal with the Russian cyber-interference leading up to the Election. Of course the dossier is never once mentioned, and the Russians are blamed for the 'hack' of the DNC server. Some people think this narrative has been written to set up Obama as the fall guy for not addressing the Russian attempt to interfere in the election, but I have my doubts.

All told, a political hit piece containing a mix of fact, fiction and fantasy. About a 30+ minute read...rather entertaining IMO to observe the devious minds of the Left at work in their smear tactics.

I've heard that some of the sex stuff with Russian hookers in the dossier might have been true and the FBI already knew all about it without FGPS.

The part that I'm struggling with (if that's true) is why did HRC pay Steele? Lynch could have just gotten the info straight from the FBI for Hillary. And, why would the FBI use Steele as a source in the FISA application? They could have just used their own.

It just doesn't add up that Steele wasn't the original source.
Hillary paid for warrant to spy on Trump.

I would imagine the publishers are going over these books with a fine toothed comb in light of recent revelations. The potential for libel and defamation lawsuits is immense here. Also, there will likely have to be redactions in the manuscripts for publication overseas. British libel laws are much more stringent than the US's.

David Corn's career has always been as a C-list journalist. Isikoff was A-list at one time. He's now approaching Michael Wolff status though.

My guess is that the DNC could not use material sourced from the FBI to do a public smear of Trump. So if they got the info from Steele (a tin foil thought might be Steele actually got it from the FBI), and could get some journalist(s) to bite and publish it, it would be an awesome October surprise.

If the sleazy stuff was actually true and they could get it published before the election it would have sunk Trump. Unfortunately for Hillary, it wasn't published until January 2017 IIRC.

If Lynch gave that classified information to Hillary, it would have crossed a bright red line and the sourcing would have lead right back to her. Lynch would have become too radioactive to stay as AG when Hillary won.

Had she won, which they obviously expected her to, how would anyone find out? Getting information out of ANY of those agencies right now is like trying to find out what happened before the Big Bang.

And Republican's run the damned things. So we NEVER would have known.

Whatever, you think of Hannity he is getting information from somewhere and so is Carter. Giuliani and Hannity are very tight. I think Sara Carter's biggest source is Robyn Gritz personally.

Not saying it's impossible, but highly unlikely. just a few days ago Giuliani was invited up on stage during Trump's remarks to the donors at the NYC event. People heading up covert investigations aren't doing fundraisers. He made a fat joke about Hillary that drew a bit of fire as well.

Very little news about Giuliani over the last year. He is an informal adviser to Trump on cybersecurity, but he actually has a job -- he is the Chair of Greenberg Traurig's Cybersecurity, Privacy and Crisis Management section and a Senior Advisor to the company's CEO. Greenberg Traurig is one of the largest US law firms. Guiliani may also still have an affiliation with his previous business, Guiliani Partners, which is another cybersecurity outfit.

This is about headlines and tabloid reporting. And the end of the day she will fade off and make a movie with a look alike. Quote:

A former FBI informant who spent more than six years undercover gathering information on the Russian energy and uranium market was recently interviewed by FBI agents from the Little Rock, Arkansas field office as part of an ongoing bureau investigation into the Clinton Foundation, according to Victoria Toensing, the attorney representing the informant.

Toensing disclosed the information in a letter asking for a retraction to The Hill's article published Thursday, which was based solely on a Democrat memorandum attacking the credibility of William Douglas Campbell, the former informant. Democrats stated that Campbell provided no evidence to the congressional committees of "quid pro quo" regarding the Clinton Foundation and the Russians....

In a formal letter, Toensing condemned the Democratic memo and The Hill for making false allegations against her client and not contacting her for comment. The Hill did not retract the story but updated it instead.

"The reporter told me they were leaving in the accusations because she said, that's what the Democrats told her," said Toensing. "This is a new journalistic standard."

In Little Rock's FBI office, though?? That seems odd to me. Talk about Clinton's home turf and ability to thwart anything happening in Little Rock! That would be the easiest FBI investigation to derail, in my estimation.
