Robert Mueller just released plea deal with Richard Pinedo of Santa Paula, CA, saying he knowingly used the IDs of other people in connection with "unlawful activity" and was paid at least $1,000 for doing so.

On a more basic point that this thread's posters probably know best ---- does this development today support a thesis that Mueller personally, and maybe also Rosenstein, are at least themselves conducting a genuine inquiry and not `padding' the evidence or yes, fabricating as they go and have integrity?
This today actually seems remarkably close to saying the whole point of the special counsel has been fulfilled and it can lapse. What missing?
