What level of clearance does your rank and file House member have and what clearance does Schiff have?

Schiff is being misleading as to the vote down on his BS memo. The IC would agree if it was taken through the same process as the original, in other words viewed in the SCIF by the entire house first then voted on after reviewed.

Schiff balked and wanted to release his as is and voted out tonight.
