If citizens act against the US they can be considered enemy combatants. This opens them up to a military trial. That's been true since 9/11, and was also true during WWII.

1) I read an article a few weeks ago that her popularity is the lowest ever, and the theory was her book "What Happened" and her international excuse tour promoting the book had soured a bunch of people on her, people that had been neutral towards her (is that possible?) before.
