I find it pretty disturbing that they were willing to destroy Flynn and let him rot in jail to hatch this scheme.

That's some sorry-arsed sheet right there.

Question:

seems Schiff and Nadler in their statement are claiming the "DOJ has lost their 'independence' under Barr". Which is in line with former statements about Barr being Trumps lawyer not the country's.

What power if any does Congress have to remove an AG? Because I think they will try this if they are so empowered. They are desperate that Barr and Durham be shut down.

I think they can try to impeach him.
Senate has to approve it.

Gotta remember McCabe wanted to nail Flynn for helping out the one woman (name escapes me) who was harassed by McCabe.

These people should all burn for what they did to Flynn.

Surprising they have Trump in the crosshairs for impeachment instead of Barr. They'd never get a republican senate to remove a Republican President over nothing but innuendo and fabricated bad press but maybe they'd have a shot pressuring the president into canning the AG?

Anyone paying attention knew this day would come if Barr/Durham got close to the truth.

Trump ain't going to can Barr, he found a principled man in Barr who appears to be putting justice above partisan politics.

Seems an awful like... what's the word... oh yeah - obstruction.

Really good question, at least to me. Since the Left has suffered no retribution to date, they'll likely try some form of removal, I just don't think they can.

Now, on to my ray of sunshine, as we have developed a big thread of cynics (me to occasionally). This will be good old fashion investigating like we all expect from good old fashion investigators. The tide has turned, and there WILL be consequences for some, but I don't know who. I'm certain of one thing, we will absoutely have some folks turn. It's been talked about a long time, and we've bandied about names, and suspicions, but it will happen.

As subpoenas come out, indictments are delivered, and trials start, some folks will be convicted, and others won't, much to our dismay. I'm 100% sure some names like Obama, Soros, etc. will surface, I just don't see how their going to be indicted.

One last request, this will take a long time, and you legal experts will better estimate how long, but keep the faith, we've rounded the corner-----FINALLY.

Agree. The media is going to launch all out assaults on these two men's character and integrity but if a removal is attempted a lot of people will sure see that as the guilty trying to remove their adjudicators.

Just remembered per the dems/ Mueller, questioning the validity of an investigation = obstruction.

This is what I'm afraid of. They run out the clock, pull all the stops out and really rig the election. Democrat comes in and the swamp goes back to normal

Maybe, but by June of next year, we'll be a looooong way down the road, and will know substantially more than now, which will likely be fairly good stuff.

You are correct in that the entire thing will last past the election, but I'l really hoping someone of consequence will turn, and I believe it will be Clapper, and maybe Biden, since he sat in on those damned meetings with the other black hearts!

This business of editing Flynn's 302 that is just being exposed -- this doesn't just reflect upon Strzok, Page & their immediate cohorts. Mueller & Company had to know that the original 302 was edited; that's why they substituted that special Strzok interview 302 from a later date. It's a fraud on the court + conspiracy. Mueller & Company are criminals.

Then there are those Strzok-Page texts discussing the editing (exposes Page lying during her Congressional testimony too)...where have these texts been hiding? They are not classified. Were they being hid intentionally? Or had they been set aside for potential legal action to be taken against Page? But if the latter, why had they not been provided to Flynn's defense? Methinks the answer is that they just wanted a conviction of Flynn to use against Trump, knew Flynn's lying was a bogus charge, but they had him over a barrel because of his son. Flynn knew he hadn't lied.

Evil.

Sorry I'm not very eloquent in the above write-up...it's rather upsetting. But it's still too early. We are just beginning to see the real evidence against the plotters. But Mueller & Company are definitely part of the scheme...and now the fingers are going to start pointing at Rosenstein. He had to know too.

Who makes up the grand jury for this kind of proceeding? Local dc citizens?

Where would a trial take place?

I doubt any dc swamp critter will get indicted, let alone convicted in dc, Virginia, or Maryland.

Democrats have said the "whistle blower" is no longer relevant because they have all the proof they need for impeachment, and it proves everything the "whistle blower" claimed.

Of course, this was the game plan all along. Schiff creates a fake whistle blower, uses that as an excuse to start impeachment, gets more second, third, and fourth hand information repeating the same thing, and claims they have all the proof they need.
"If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without blood shed; if you will not fight when your victory is sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves." - Sir Winston Churchill

Schiff has precisely dick.

He knows it, and more importantly Pelosi knows it.

Sidney Powell's memo is 37 pages of brilliance!

Anyone that is disgusted by the unfair prosecution of innocent people will enjoy her memo.

One of my favorite statements.....

Quote:

When the Director of the FBI, and a group of his close associates, plot to set up an innocent man and create a crime-while taking affirmative steps to ensnare him by refusing to follow procedures designed to prevent such inadvertent missteps-this amounts to conduct so shocking to the conscience and so inimical to our system of justice that it requires the dismissal of the charges for outrageous government conduct.

That is information taken directly from Powell's memo, page 4.

Quote:

Lisa Page, Special Counsel to Deputy Director McCabe, resigned; she had edited Mr. Flynn's 302 and was part of the small high-level group that strategically planned his ambush.

I am sure that it is evidenced by this sealed document.

Regarding David Ignatius, why hasn't he been questioned about the leaking of classified information? Sure he can refuse to answer claiming protection of his sources under the First Amendment and freedom of the press but we are talking about leaks bordering on national security implications, far more so than the outing of Valerie Plame. Judith Miller got to cool her heels in jail for a month or so until Scooter Libby released her from her confidentiality pledge to him.

Above is a link to the entire Sidney Powell partially redacted memo. It's quite long (>150 pgs). Includes things like Page's interview where she lied, handwritten notes of the infamous Flynn interview & 302 & editing, handwriting analysis, news paper articles, FBI reports, the 3 page timeline of key Flynn events, etc. This will take a long time to digest.

It's clear to me that Sidney is connected with Durham and Barr. They are feeding each other. Her pleading indicates to me that Durham is very close to or already has probable cause to ask a federal judge for a search warrant for Clapper's phone records.
