In September of 2018, that obviously would have been under Sessions. What a tremendous waste of oxygen Sessions was as AG. I was thinking this morning is how Sessions would honestly assess his tenure as AG. Would he realize his failures were detrimental to the country as a whole?

He was completely outmaneuvered by Comey with Comey knowing Sessions would be recused before Sessions even did because the deck was already stacked against him in the ethics department at DOJ.

what's new about this? We already knew Horowitz recommended him for criminal prosecution, but the DOJ chose not to pursue. I don't see any new information in that article, unless I'm getting stories/actors confused.
