George Webb is right some of the time. If it's Justin Cooper, that would be a big time defection from the Clinton Clan. He would know lots of dirt, and he probably has a private copy of Hillary's emails.
Webb has been camped out in front of the courthouse watching all those coming and going. Webb is actually right a lot, but he hits you with such a deluge of information and theory constantly and rambles off on unexplainable tangents he's hard to keep up with. He was way ahead of the curve on the Awan's and no one paid him any attention.
He made some good points about Cooper on one of his streams, and explained where the DOJ may have leverage on Cooper. The internet domain, clintonemail dot com, was registered to Cooper, not the Clintons, while she was secretary of state. The domain was registered by Cooper before Hillary became secretary of state on January 21, 2009. Hillary used the email exclusively on her private server while secretary of state, rather than use a dot gov account for all of her secretary of state work. Cooper had no US security clearance or any expertise in computer security. Cooper also helped the Clintons with other tech support. Cooper hired as a contractor, Bryan Pagliano, the former IT director for Clinton's 2008 presidential campaign, was hired to maintain their private email server while Clinton was secretary of state, however the domain was still registered to Cooper. In the summer of 2014, lawyers from the State Department noticed a number of emails from Clinton's personal account, while reviewing documents requested by the House Select Committee on Benghazi. When a request by the State Department for additional emails led to negotiations with her lawyers and advisors, almost immediately clintonemail dot com changed to a new registered owner, Perfect Privacy, a proxy company. However all the illegal activity and classified information being handled on the server was registered in Cooper's name and puts him possibly in deep deep water, and Webb's theory is they has squeezed him to flipping on the Clintons.
What's also problematic to me is as early as 2009, officials with the National Archives and Records Administration expressed concerns over possible violations of normal federal government record-keeping procedures at the State Department under then-Secretary Clinton. But that entire thing was covered up, and Barry playing ignorant claiming he heard about the server when it was exposed on the news like the rest of us is blatantly absurd.
Another is after being ordered under subpoena to handover her emails, Clinton lawyers delivered 12 file boxes filled with printed paper containing more than 30,000 emails. Clinton withheld almost 32,000 emails deemed to be of a personal nature, weddings and yoga so they said. Then later with the Weiner laptop discovery they found over 650,000 emails from that server. That's a huge difference than her claim of 62,000 +/- by a factor of over ten. And that's overlooked in all of this like no big deal. Anyway, who has those 650,000 emails now Hopefully Horowitz/Huber. Horowitz has been digging into the Clinton email crimes for almost 2 years. What was in Clinton's emails? Especially on the Weiner laptop, which likely contained many of the 33,000+ emails the witch was desperate to hide? Pay for play schemes? You bet there are. And what was the BIGGEST PAY FOR PLAY SCHEME OF THEM ALL? Uranium One. Everything else pales in comparison and is overshadowed by that Mt. Everest of national security breach.
ETA: If it is actually Justin Cooper, his attorney was Aaron Zelbey. Zelbey is an attorney on Mueller's team. Hmm interesting.
