Not being cynical here, but y'all know not to expect too much from Stzok tomorrow. Once the transcripts are scrubbed, there will be some tidbits to discuss and harrumph about, but he won't have anyone to cross, like he would in court.

Since he already spoke to the IG, he is clearly comfortable on the hot seat. I expect a hell of a lot of lengthy answers, with little meat.

Not an attack at all so don't take it that way. I'm bothered by the phrasing "they have a right to". To me they have a duty to oversee these beaurocracies to ensure they are using the incredible power we have given them to the letter. To stonewall congress is to tell us, the people, fu. At this point, we the people through congress should remove them immediately. Any side of the aisle that wants this type of government is a fool.

We should start protesting at the DOJ. Someone with time on their hands that lives near DC get on that.

I don't think it's a perfect trap. Every week, polls seem to show eroding support for Mueller and increasing support for Trump. Unless Mueller comes up with something relevant, the pressure will mount for him to wrap it up.

Is it just me, or is Ellis offering Mueller all the rope he wants to hang himself? He denied the motion, but much of his tone suggests he won't hesitate to cut Mueller down to size. That would be devastating to Mueller on all fronts.

I'm good with whatever phrase you want to use that strongly suggests Congress needs to get whatever documents they ask for, it's not an option or a question...it's an order, and disobeying the order is insubordination and grounds for firing

Rosenstein could then be removed and replaced, and his replacement shuts down Mueller.

I'm still struggling with a Rosenstein paradox. Why did he sign off on firing Comey? Comey was fired May 9 and Rosenstein appointed Mueller May 17. Did Trump renege on a quid pro quo Comey/Mueller handshake with Rosenstein?

Comey was not going to survive the OIG email report.

Rosey is not going to survive the OIG fisa report.

Mueller is not going to survive the Federal Judges, Uranium 1, the conspiracy to take down an elected a president.

Each are temporary roadblocks meant to derail Trump and the conservative movement. They will be very fortunate to stay out of prison and keep their law license.
