Thanks for your replies. It makes sense for Mueller to stall because he never expected anyone to show up, but it didn't seem to make sense for Concord to go along with a delay. If they're negotiating, though, that would explain it.
It would seem Concord is in pretty good shape. They drew a favorable judge, and Mueller looks to have plenty of explaining to do on many fronts.
I can see where Mueller would want to get out of this one, but I hope Concord stays with it and makes the SC play the hand they've dealt themselves.

It is clear they were spying on the Trump campaign for political purposes...and I don't think Trump will end up being the only Republican candidate they were spying on. Even though he's doing well with his present work, Levin would take that directive from POTUS in a heartbeat if Trump told him that his services were required to save the nation. The man is country-first all the way and no one sees the threat posed by Obama and his minions more clearly.
