Energy symposium, as I recall. The kind of industry event that happens all of the time. They do make an ideal situation for passing information however, when they are large enough. And it was in Moscow. You can't swing a dead cat in Moscow without hitting some Russian IC person. It is a police state, after all.

I have realized it's really hard to have a discussion with people who haven't kept up. The amount of disinformation on both sides is incredible.

This is a thread which emphasizes the fact that the FBI knew Carter Page had been an FBI informant when they applied for the FISA warrant' i.e., they LIED about him. And there were a number of MSM stories that really dumped on Page for being a Russian agent...I suspect leaks via Strzok/Page. It's not hard to make Page look suspicious or nefarious -- he comes across as disorganized and misleading in his interviews -- I think he has some type of thought disorder, but he is definitely not stupid.
The Last Refuge even has a short article about his interview with Ingraham -- Page did state that he wrote Comey an e-mail in September 2016 after his exposure by Isikoff in that Yahoo article -- Page said he offered to help Comey in any way to clear up any misunderstandings. I wonder if the OIG intercepted this e-mail.

No. He was a journalist for a long time before jumping on the Clinton train right after Bill's reelection in 1996.

Has anyone seen anything to suggest Mueller has reached out to Assange to find out if the Russians were the source of the WikiLeaks dump? Seems to me that little nugget is material to any Russian-meddling-in-the-election investigation.

I don't know if Mueller would trust Assange's answer either way. Hell I wouldn't trust the answer either way.

The Schiff Memo...'concoction' might be a better designation...appears to be nothing more than a political stunt.
