Three day pass is $105 dollars, and Id have to crash at my friends place the whole weekend. If I lived near Austin I would go (CS is too far). I only want to see a couple of bands tho (Oasis, Coldplay, postal service, flickerstick)

If you don't go and you are a fan of music, you are doing yourself a disservice. Tickets are expensive, but it is for 3 days of concerts, including huge bands. I now call Austin my home after 5 1/2 years in College Station and the nightlife, especially for ACL weekend will be outstanding.

I dont know, I'm not typically the type that likes to listen to small no name bands. On average, they are no name bands for a reason. There are some exceptions of course but the status quo remains unchanged. $105 dollars is a bit too much. The night life on the other hand...
....maybe ill go after all
