Aw, man. I always enjoyed him, including his run as "Dr. Death", the LBer on HBO's 1st & Ten. Even got his autograph back in the late 80s when visiting LA, when the hotel we stayed in was being used to film scenes for the show.

Someone else on 1st & Ten who was there… OJ. We sent my 17 year old sister over to him for an autograph. Not our best choice, in hindsight.
