Honestly, wtf. I almost feel bad for TC having to figure out how to write a review of this where he acknowledges that it is mid at best but that anyone who could tell that from the trailers is still a deranged and pathetic goofball.
From the 5-6 leaked scenes I've watched, I guess maybe just the sheer power and sound of some of the scenes in IMAX will overwhelm some viewers and kinda make them forget how bad other parts of it are? Back to my Napoleon comparison, some of the battle sequences were truly cool as hell and I loved every second of them, but it still didn't make up for just how **** JP's Napoleon portrayal was and how unnecessary half of the boring marital problem scenes were. When I get to watch this it'll be interesting to see what the **** could possibly make up for how bad what I've seen so far is, especially by Nolan's standard.
I'm getting really ****ing tired of you consistently lying about what I have/haven't said, painting me a certain way, etc. It's gone from "whatever" to straight up sociopathic, and we're going to have a real issue if you continue.
Never mind you going on one of the most psychotic runs I've ever seen on this board, spending embarrassing amounts of time - literally all day every day for weeks on end - attempting to relentlessly **** all over a movie you haven't yet seen for yourself. Again, at least I'm here in support of something I love, and this is a part of what I do for a living, etc.
To your dumbass point, though, I've said multiple times myself that the trailers were "mid," some of Nolan's worst, etc, and I've never once said that, if you think as much, or aren't looking forward to this movie, that you're deranged or pathetic. Rather, what I *do* find deranged and pathetic is your never-ending hate campaign. Which is, objectively, one of the weirdest, saddest, most baffling culture war crusades to ever infest this board. Again, it's not that you have the negative opinions you do - it's that you're THIS obsessed with shoving them down our throats every hour of every day, for weeks on end.
