One that bothered me and still bothers me is the scene in the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, when Stellan Skaarsgard's character has Daniel Craig strung up in the basement and talking to him about what he is going to do.

I was on the edge of my seat....don't know why.

I came here to post this...I am 43 and my family still talks about how much this scene freaked me out as a little kid. I went into an absolute screaming fit.



I remember my dad having to have a talk with me to explain that it was fake. I wouldn't rewatch the scene in slow-mo like he wanted, so he popped in Rocky 4 and put fight scenes in slow motion to show me how fake the punches were, as an example.

I watched Bone Tomahawk the other day…a western…the scene when stuff happens to the assistant deputy guy horrified me…
