"And Maggie Makes Three" which is the one you're talking about. The other is "HOMR" where they discover Homer has had a crayon lodged in his brain since childhood and they remove it. Then he becomes smart and bonds with Lisa as a fellow intellectual. That one also has maybe my favorite Homer quote: "Hey Flanders, I was working on a formula for cold fusion and accidently proved God doesn't exist."
I have tons of episodes that I love for comedy but those two hit different as a dad.
