I will always be excited for a true Blink album. Take Off Your Pants and Jacket is the first album I ever purchased, back in 2001 as a high school freshman.

In my head, there is no Blink album without Tom, and I was kind of pissed they even kept the name when he stepped away.

I like it.

It's crazy how a lot of their music has grown on me over the years. Super nostalgic and brings me back to the south side dorm life in 99-00. I just was into heavier stuff and diff genres back then but I now really dig some of the songs I used to hate. I think maybe part of it was just how much play they got on radio, MTV, at the store etc etc. You could hardly escape it.

They seem like pretty cool/good dudes too.

I took my daughter to see angels and airwaves a few years ago and we loved the concert. I just wanted to see Tom live haha

Yeah, I did not enjoy the skiba era. Great musicians but did not fit in well.

I love Tom's voice to much and his inflections. Also why I'm a big AA fan

If he sounded like he does on The Mark Tom and Travis Show, then I would agree with you.

I actually like Skiba, but didn't think the songs were all that good.

Bl8nk put on a helluva show this July in Dallas

Love it and love them. I work out to their music almost every day. Couldn't make the concert work out and it seriously bummed me out. Also love AA

I couldn't justify the cost.

I opted for Metallica this year as my big concert. Last time I saw them was in 2003, can't believe twenty years flew by. And those dude are getting old haha

Same. I was just hoping this wasn't the last chance at their concert. I'm at the point where I will make the next go round work some way, cost be damned.

That was a great show. My seats weren't as good as when I saw them with Skiba at Starplex/Dos Equis/Super Pages four or five years ago, but they were dang near 3x the cost. The only reason we did it was in case it was our only chance to see them with Tom.

Husband looked at the Vegas tix bc it's my birthday but he said it was insane expensive and looked like more of a music fest than a concert? Does that seem right?

They are headlining for the When We We're Young festival this year there. All of those pop punk bands.

Ok I guess, brand new facility but to me didn't seem as great as the Drum when I went to concerts in the 80s and 90s but maybe that's just nostalgia.

Blink 182 was phenomenal though. Between songs they joked about the rifts in the band. I have never seen them in concert before and was stunned at Travis Barker live, the dude rocks like no other. I took some good video clips of the concert but don't know how to post them here, some of them are Barker's solos in the platform in the air.

I'll be there. And glad I got my room months ago. I heard the rates that week are $400/night on the low end.
