But what also stood out to me was that for somebody who claimed to know nothing about the topic he certainly had his refutation talking points in order re UAPs which were suprisingly similar to the usual lines of military tech, people misunderstanding things etc plus his obvious additional line of Hollywood people doing special effects and exaggerating things.
Coupled to this he seemed to play down his own career and involvement in any projects but seemed to know enough to refute specific points when he had to.
The way he denied Jesse's Dogged attempts to tell him about things that official bodies and officials have said did not seem to me to be from the perspective of somebody with no interest as he proceeded to play wackamole with all Jesses evidence points.
In short he did not have a neutral position and some of his explanations were not credible from a person of his status
He also seemed to think he had slipped up mentioning he knew Harold Malmgrem and tried to retract this. Also he was a big mate of Bobby Ray Inman who whilst being a key figure in the legacy programme ,did a similar thing to Jay from project unity where he did an interview and denied everything
So it seemed to me he had been put up to come on and Deny Brents testimony and had come on with some prepared talking points.
However I suspect he underestimated Jesse's knowledge and ability , seeing him as just a kid, and had not prepared widely enough for the interview thinking he would just focus on denying what Brent said.
So I'm afraid he was not convincing at all and I did not Buy it. He also did say to Brent he would deny it if asked
I contrast this with Brent's telling of the story which is credible,consistent and one he has absolutely no reason to make up. It contains facts and references to what has only recently come to light and more generally is consistent with the emerging footprint of legacy programme activities
If I'm correct I am shocked though at the cynical way Herrington was prepared to come on a show and try to destroy the reputation of somebody who it seems he had a close relationship to.
This I think shows the mentality of this group of secret keepers and their sense of mission and shows again why they can't be trusted to make decisions given they are so afraid for them to be scrutinised
I also felt really sorry for Brent as this must have been a real kick in the teeth for him given the relationship he had with Herrington. Hearing how upset his mother got underlined this and I hope mr Herrington reflects on this as well as he looks in the mirror
But for me I believe Brent and his account and Herrington doing this interview with Jesse just shows both how rattled these legacy programme people are in this current disclosure climate and the arrogance they still retain within it.

I agree, but I will also point out that the documents that have been officially released in the 6 tranches do represent actual, solid evidence. Ignore the videos and photos. They're mostly useless and inconclusive at best. The documents are often fascinating. They paint a much more complete picture of the extent to which the government has been continuously investigating UFO/UAP sightings since the 1940s. We've never seen a lot of these.
